5/4/2023 We think we should of purchased the vehicle from another dealership. If your part of Dean Team Family shouldn't you be treated Chris to follow up to make sure everything is OK when you had a rush instruction because the dealership was closing at 6. Also took forever to get paperwork completed because software and computer glitches. (We got there at 2pm and only test drove 1 car).
We live 2 hours away and had to drive halfway to meet someone because at the time told no need to sign back of title. Well it needed to be signed.
We called in on the 8th because we were advised payment due on 6/9 Asked salesman if he could have Business Manager call back. Never did get a return call. Google Volkswagen credit for phone # and set up payment. (Credit paperwork showed up on 6/12). Advised payment was due 18th not 9th.
We got license plates and no holes in front. Advised we can drill holes. Bracket in wheel well. Shouldn't this been done at purchase. This is my 3rd purchase of VW, Bommarito and Crown Motors (Kansas) did it.
I am still waiting for $25 gift certificate for getting info on web and test drive. Probably not after this review.
We came to you because you had the color car we wanted and because you won the 2023 consumer award.

Update: I called them and left a message earlier this week (Tuesday), it is now Saturday and we have not heard from them. I spent over $250 on a rental car and multiple lyft rides, when every other dealership I have worked with in the past provided a rental when it their company delayed my cars repair. I am so unhappy with the service of this place.

Dropped of car at around 4pm on Tuesday for a flat tire. They did not call us, and we did not hear from them until WE reached out on Wednesday at noon. They did NOT have a tire, or a rental car, or offer lyft. Nor did they tell us that the tire would not be there until late friday and that they were closed the entire weekend until we asked them. So nearly a week to change a tire, and communication only when we reached out to them. Not happy with this place. I ended up having to rent a car and extend my stay as I am from out of town. I only came because I have a VW care package so it made since to use this dealership.

Update: they replied to my review, asked to give them a call. I did call them, nobody picked up the phone, I left a voice with my phone number.still waiting for their call.

This is only in regards to their service department. This is probably a management problem. But they don't stock tires, so if you need emergency tire change do not take your car here. You will have to wait 2-3 days for a simple tire change. In our case, we are from out of town and had to extend our hotel stay. On top of that, they do not give you a rental, nor do they give you a Lyft to pick up your car. Thank God for VW tire protection, otherwise we'd be out another couple of extra hundreds for the tire as well. They also forgot the cap for the tire valve.

Oh and first ever time my car didn't get washed after service happened here.

Very fast and courteous service. Not a 5 star as the receipt implies a new part was used to fix my overhead console, while I see the tape residue and blemish on the part which implies you used the existing part. This makes me wonder if it will simply fall down again.

Because my town's VW dealer only had about 7 vehicles, I drove 3 hours to deal with the Dean Team. They had the perfect Arteon available and held it for me to give me a chance to make the trip. I was worried to drive that far and end up with nothing if we couldn't make a deal, but they worked with me and I ended up with a great deal! I was very happy with the purchase price and the amount they gave me for my trade-in. It really was a hassle free experience.

A special Thank You to Chris Robinson for working with me out of town and helping me every step of the way once I got there. I highly recommend him and the entire Dean Team!

My salesman, Delovan Zewki, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process go smoothly. Customer satisfaction is his number one priority. My experience at Dean Team was excellent!

Only having 30k miles, brought my vehicle to service due to oil leak which turned out it be head gasket- no loaners available as I live in Oakville.

Apparently it was not fixed correctly and not sealed correctly causing me to have my vehicle towed back to dealership (meanwhile there’s massive amounts of oil on my driveway and in my garage)

On the 2nd time in shop- I had to call the service team to get an update since no one decided to call me after my vehicle was towed nor did anyone tel me it was being towed from another dealership near my house in Oakville (I found out when their service employee called me)

For having a ‘22 vehicle at 30k with this issue and lack of customer service, disappointed.

We recently worked with Kyle and bought a car from this location. We were very specific about not wanting our payment to be over a certain dollar amount and tried to walk away multiple times. At a certain point they achieved this for us by using our car as a trade in / our down payment. A month later they called asking for a $1000 down payment in cash that was never communicated to us. Shame on me for not looking over the paperwork more thoroughly, but shame on them for sneaking things into contracts to make the numbers “come out. ” We thought we could trust the people at this location.

Extremely Rude sales person wasted me and my family time! Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I talked to the manager too, he didnt seem to care either. Very disappointed! I definitely wouldnt buy car from them or go back to their dealership either!
I would give them a Zero star if I could.

Quick, asked and answered questions, didn’t perform a requested tire rotation because the best setup was the current one. I appreciated that call. Unexpected good atmosphere after several other dealers of different makes as I did service on my family’s fleet.

The oil change service and the check list services were done on my VW Passat perfectly and an additional minor repair was done without hesitation and at no charge. Great people, great service, great cars!

Had a great experience! I flew in from Kansas City, my salesman Chris Robinson even picked me up. The buying process was very easy with no hidden surprises. Would recommend this dealer and Mr. Robinson to anyone.

Best VW experience I’ve had after not being treated well by Bommarito. Service is a huge part of a buying a new car and Dean Team is a exceptional when it comes to caring about the customer. Bommarito is barely worth the capital B at the beginning of there name. Countless time they show they do not know how to treat people. Every person there could use a lesson in how to treat someone

Wes Gallegos expertly facilitated my Tesla Model X used vehicle purchase. He is a no-nonsense guy helping to dispel the used car salesmen bad reputation. Wes was a great throughout the whole process. CJ was very helpful and made the process of buying my new car very easy! He didn't make me feel pressured and was very knowledgeable about the car and its features.
