The Deam Team service gentlemen are the nicest, most respectful service group I've ever encountered.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Alex was my sales rep, and he was knowledgeable, kind, and listened to what I was looking for. The car I originally wanted ended up being purchased by someone else, and Alex and team worked hard to find me a car that I loved quickly. This was my first time ever buying a new car, so I didn’t know what to expect - I was very happy with the experience!

We also had a great experience with management! I’ve been back to the dealership a few times to finish paperwork, dropped my car off for scheduled Perma Plating, and stopped in a few times prior to finally purchasing. They’ve always remembered our names and treat us well and with respect. They’re very kind, happy, and have answered all of my questions. I’m very appreciative for the whole team.

I was able to get in fast with an online appointment to get my oil change and tire rotation for my VW Tiguan. Service was really friendly and helpful. I waited and it was the timing that they promised.

I brought my car without an appointment and the Service Team didn't hesitate to accept it. Service Representative was very professional and understanding of my situation. When my Tiguan overheated the day before without any reason, I was afraid that it will take weeks before I have it fixed. Well thanks to the Dean Team Service Team it was repaired the next day. I've been a customer since 2018 when I bought my Tiguan and will not change it for anything. First class service every time I need to service my car.

From the moment I walked on the lot, to the day I drove my car away- everyone was extremely helpful, nice, and treated me as if I was family. I must give credit where it's due – Sales Guy Matt was nothing short of awesome. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about my needs and preferences.

However, the glow of Matt's performance quickly faded as I delved deeper into the deal with the management team. Promises were made and deals were struck, only to be disavowed when it came time to put pen to paper. It's disheartening when you've invested time and energy into negotiations, only to have those agreements disrespected. The lack of transparency and consistency from the management left me questioning the integrity of the entire operation.

In an effort to resolve the situation, I returned with an attorney friend for my second visit, hoping for a fair resolution. However, the Finance Manager's behavior left a bitter taste in my mouth. His apparent disregard for my presence, as a female customer, was disconcerting. More eye contact was made with my male friend than with me, despite it being my car purchase. This experience further underscored the slimy undercurrent of the management team.

My car was still leaking oil a few days later. It’s been less than 2 weeks and my belt shredded again

If you're considering a VW, maybe don't. If you are set on a VW find a better dealer.

If I could give a negative star I would. My family went into this dealership wanting a car. When they seen one they wanted, the dealer told them they shouldn't buy that specific car. The dealer kept leaving them as they were trying to purchase this car.the dealer called us rude and now refuses to awnser the phone. In fact, their was no way to sound “rude” when she wasn't even there over half the time we were trying to get the car. When you have a customer who is not satisfied, you are gonna do what it takes to get what you purchased. Not only are we dealing with very poor service, they told us it passed inspection. It in fact should have not passed or been sold in that condition. The hood was not bolted on it was put on with putty.the hood could of flown off the car and seriously injured someone. This place has been the worst experience ever since we walked in the door. Not to mention the fact that we did not receive the car till a week after the purchase and we purchased a warranty that already started when they held the car from us. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! They are getting paid to make customers satisfied no matter how irritated a customer gets, especially when it is their fault.

Gabrielle and grant are superstars l! So incredibly helpful accommodating and super nice. Definitely went well above and beyond to put my fiance and I in the trucks we wanted and amazing deals! Would absolutely recommend coming here to get any vehicle. My credit sucked and they still got me in a 30k truck. U guys rock and I super appreciate everything you have done for us!

Tom in Service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and timely with his communications. He offered a loaner without me even having to ask. Given previous poor experiences with Ballwin Dean Team, this was a welcome surprise.

I had so many issues with the Volkswagen dealership I use to always take my car too. I was about to give up on Volkswagen and Anthony Sayer took care of my issues with my car and ensured I had a rental so I did not miss work. Words cannot describe how blessed and thankful I am to have found you all. My car will not go back to any other Volkswagen dealership than this one right here! Great job Anothony and team! Wonderful customer service like yours does not go unnoticed! He went out of his way to get extra quotes for my needs and ensure my car had a full inspection since the last dealership was not doing what was needed.

The people who helped me get my oil change were very friendly and straightforward - as a woman sometimes I feel like car dealerships will try to take advantage and charge for unnecessary things. This was not the case at all. I came for an oil change and that’s what I got!

Took forever to get back with me concerning an issue. So I just showed up at the dealership. They said they couldn’t fully resolve my issue. I guess it’s my fault for not walking away before signing for my lease. Second vehicle I’ve gotten from this establishment but I won’t be going back.

Love the vehicle and the reasonable price. The ID4 is the best, coolest, most comfortable, and most practical car I've ever driven.
