Deer Creek Dental, O'Fallon MO

Dr. Sapra and his team of hygienists are very professional. I have been coming to Deer Creek Dental since its inception 20+ years ago and while the Dentists have changed throughout the years, they have always been top notch. Highly recommend!

I got my dental cleaning done a few weeks ago and it was my first ever dental appointment. I was a little nervous at first but the dental hygienist explained everything to me as she was going through the process of taking x-rays and the cleaning process. She was really sweet and patient with me.
I got my cavity fillings done today and was expecting the procedure to hurt but Dr. Sapra made sure I was not feeling too much of discomfort. The dental assistant was really sweet and supportive as I was really nervous for the filling procedure.
I had a really wonderful visit both times.

My review has changed over the years. Seems they can't keep a dentist if they tried and my service varies wildly every 6 months. I would not recommend going here, even if you have a good experience it won't be the same in 6 months. The fact that I had to go back because a filling was done poorly and the person fixing it was in disbelief I got it done there should say something.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Very unprofessional! They will bill you before they even get paid from your insurance company even though it was covered by your insurance!

It was my first time at the office and everyone was absolutely wonderful! The front desk team was attentive, my hygienist Kristin did a fantastic job walking me through the visit and the each individual step. Dr. Abbassian was super friendly and addressed my initial concerns with a great treatment plan!

First appointment today. They actually listened to my needs. We were on the same page as far as treatment and priorities. First dentist in the area that actually didn’t try to sell all this other cosmetic stuff.

The staff was very helpful in addressing my dental needs without feeling judged about my teeth and was able to come up with a plan that I can afford.

Beth the hygienist is wonderful and so thorough. I have had 3 different dentists for my last 3 visits.

My wife changed from the dental practice we used for 20 years, because of staffing shortages she keep getting bumped for her dental hygiene appointments. When it got to over 1 year since her last appointment she decided to change. She changed to Deer Creek Dental and her 1st appointment was so comprehensive and thorough she convinced me to change. I had my 1st appointment with Deer Creek Dental on 7-21-22 and I believe I had more care in that 1st visit than I've had for the last decade with the same dental practice I had been at with my wife for 20 years.
As an electrical engineer, what impressed me the most was the array of high tech equipment and staff that really knows how to use it. Additionally, the Deer Creek Dental is well staffed and they are all so friendly and cooperative. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff at my previous dental practice, but the recent staffing shortage caused by the great pandemic resignation had my next appointment spread out to 10 months, if it wasn't postponed.
All in all, changing over to Deer Creek Dental was like stepping into a ultra-modern, well equipped environment that was simply refreshing.
