Always appreciate the feedback …love, concern and assistance with my babies! Even in difficult circumstances and discussions the staff is very comforting and provides the details I need to take care of my family.

Recently started going here with my dog Tsuki who had a lot of food and cage aggression from how she grew up. It would escalate rather quickly and almost with no warning. I was scared the wrong person would come into contact her and she would be put down. Dr. Meagan gave me a plan and some medication to help and now she’s able to have other dogs play and lay around her and not be so aggressive about her food. Thanks to her and the other wonderful staff there, Tsuki is able to feel healthier and happier and I am confident in their experience to help me again in the future

I’m a fairly new customer to Deerfield but I’m so happy I made the change from my old vet to Deerfield. Every one of the vet techs & doctors I’ve met so far are super friendly and treat my Maggie like she is their own. Not only is the staff great but the prices are very reasonable. No wonder Deerfield has been around for a while, they know what they are doing there.

Don't bring your cat here. Dr Megan could care less about your animals she's too busy giggling to pay attention. She didn't diagnose my cat with coccochia because she didn't do the test I asked for three times.and now the kittens have it and it could be fatel. She was going to approve surgery on my cat with this disease without testing her for anything. I went to another vet a little stool test showed she had round worms and coccochia. Megan doesn't care about your pets.she went in the back and argued about us with the tech and we heard her she's rude and awful and I wouldn't let her near my pet after hearing it. I'm very glad I stopped the procedure to fix her because she wouldn't have made it. Megan wanted to cut her open not even caring about the consequences or severe diarrhea. Megan should be the janitor instead of the vet. I bet the janitor probably has a bigger heart let's switch them places.

Dr. Meagan was great with Annie and myself. She zeroed right in on what she thought Annie's problem was. And it was exactly what my husband and I had been seeing in Annie. She new what to prescribed. I felt very satisfied with the visit and as always, I knew I could call anytime with needs and/or questions. I love Dr. Denise, but I know she needs vacations! And it is so good to get to0 know the other providers.

I have been going to Deerfield Vet for close to 30 years. My parents took our pets there when I was growing up and I have been taking my dogs there for the past 15 years. The staff does a wonderful job taking care of my fur babies and answering any and all questions that I have. They are caring, knowledgeable and always excited to see us when we come in for appointments.

Giving one star only because you HAVE to leave one. I scheduled an appointment for 7/10/23 at 2: 30pm for my two dogs and requested off of work specifically to take them. I just called the day of to ask if they happened to have any earlier appointments available, but if not that’s totally fine. I was then told that they cancelled my appointment without even letting me know because I didn’t answer their confirmation call I received this past Friday when I was at WORK. I was never told about this policy until now. They took away my time for “medical emergencies” meaning the time is still open but they want to reserve it just in case, and did not make any time for me to come in even after me explaining that this was the only day I could do it. So now I’m out a days worth of pay for no reason because my babies couldn’t be made priority. As far as I’m concerned this is the worst veterinary service I’ve ever experienced, and it shows a clear disregard for my babies’ well beings.

Great care and appreciated the convenience of having both cats in at the same time! Dr. Megan was thorough and the vet tech was great with both of my fur kids. I miss Dr. Ned, but will continue to have my fur babies cared for by the Deerfield vet family

My dog doesn't do well at the vet, and especially with shots and blood draw. The staff were all wonderful and patient, and we managed to get it done! Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in the doors!

At first they were great with our pets but we paid 400 bucks to get our cat fixed and a year later she's still going in heat. We've tried getting them to fix it but I'm not paying more money for something they should have gotten right and won't fix. Overpriced and rude.

Deerfield has taken care of our pets for years. Dr Denise and staff are caring, thorough and compassionate.
We wish Dr Ned the best in retirement and will miss him.
Deerfield is very important to our family!
