Just moved into a dell property about 4 months ago and the whole process was easy and welcoming! The property manger is always eager to help and makes herself available for a great range of times. Super excited about living in this place for awhile!

These people that run these uninhabitable run down shacks are not worth your money! Allen Floyd is a very sick individual and a woman beater! Please don't rent from these people!

My daughter recently moved to Park Plaza and I can’t say enough good things about the application and move in process! Angela is the property manager and she is exceedingly helpful and professional. A couple things needed fixed after move in (not Del Property’s fault) and despite being temporarily short staffed, she made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. My daughter is really enjoying her new place in the best location in KC!

I’ve been a resident at the alps for a little over a month now and I LOVE IT. Javier made the moving process seamless and easy. Seriously, I inquired about a lease on a Tuesday and had signed mine by Thursday. Javier is so eager to help new tenants like myself feel at easy and most of safe. The building is newly renovated and clean and I look forward to living here for quite awhile.

Wow! What great work the newly renovated Alps has under gone. Took a tour at this historic building and it's beautiful. Right by street car stop, secure, and clean. Go check this GEM out!

I’ve been living here for several months and it’s been amazing! The renovated apartments have been such a luxurious place to live in. The property manager Javier has been spectacular in providing maintenance very quickly and is very communicative.

A couple months ago I was inquiring about their apartment availability as well as doing an apt tour. The person that was messaging me was rude and condescending and never got back to me. Doesn’t seem like customer service is their priority.

I've been staying in one of the Del Properties buildings as a guest for the last couple of weeks and I loved it so much that I decided to sign a lease. Angela, the property manager, has been absolutely wonderful throughout this whole process. She showed me two affordable options in two different buildings; ultimately I went with Melbourne, but the other building was lovely too. I'm brand new to Missouri and it's been stressful moving here from the coast but the Del Properties team is already making me feel at home by providing an affordable, beautiful place to live as well as working with me financially which was very much appreciated. The location is perfect (right on the Plaza) and the owner of the buildings is a local who makes himself available to his tenants upon request. A million thanks to everyone at Del Properties for a wonderful leasing process. I'm so excited about living here!

I've had a great experience getting moved in with Del Properties in Kansas City. There was always a quick response time from management and the process was never rushed. They've been patient in answering all of my questions and their service has been thorough, prompt, professional, and kind. The building is super clean, there's a lot of thought and style put into it, the residents seem happy, and I'm excited to be renting here.

Javiar Gomez is the best. Attentive and sincere with all of his assistance into placing my first apartment. Not only did he satisfy my involvement with the alps but my family and friends appreciate Javiar and his techniques.

Ac is amazing and you can control it from inside the apartments, the management is very helpful, and relational! I recommend living here and have to my friends!

I toured the Alps apartments 1 week ago with Javier, he was very professional. (Well Dressed) He gave us a tour of the Alps and on top very affordable for being in westport area. The Alps is a very gorgeous building. Compare to what it us to be. I love the new renovations very modern and up to date. I can see they have a Pofessional Property Manager Now!

The move-in process here at The Alps has been nothing but fantastic! The property manager Javier made sure to respond to my request to tour and apply for an apartment quickly, and expeditiously. The units are newly renovated and look great! The application process was quicker and easier than ordering through the drive-thru at the local McDonald’s! Definitely a great option if you’re on a bit of budget!

I have only been at the Alps (20 west 36th) for a week but so far everything has been great. Javier is super nice and accommodating. The approval was super fast and there were a number of options to fit my financial situation. It's a great location and generally pretty quite. The neighbors I have met so far have been polite. The street car they are building is right on the corner and poncho's is right next door! The building it's self is beautiful and the new renovations are great. Not to far from the plaza or downtown. Overall I really enjoy the use of the space in my one bedroom apartment and could see myself staying here for a while.

Awesome to work with, and everyone has been super friendly, great at communicating with tenants, quick follow up on any maintenance requests too! Lived at a del property for 3 years and have had nothing but positive expirences.
