We have used this gentleman 2 or 3 times over the years. He is so prompt and honest, there is not a star rating high enough to cover my satisfaction with the service. He offers maintenance tips to keep my appliances running and safe, too. My favorite vendor!
Had the part I needed if he doesn't have it he can get it for you and he will even tell you how to install it. Store nice and clean friendly service
Owner always willing to talk through diagnosis and repair issues. Also offers up tips that have saved me lots of time. AND never tries to sell me anything I dont need. In fact, sometimes down sells me only selling me the individual part I need instead of the while kit. Etc. Very honest and helpful.
Mike is a great man and he will get you back in business not afraid to take the time to talk to you about your machine and he will get you the parts.

My washer was overflowing, meaning it wasn't shutting off at each water level. They came in and fix the problem within 30 min. They are very knowable in what they do.
I called Sears Parts Direct first, big mistake. First the expedited shipping was late. Then the part I ordered was the wrong one. After some internet investigation on my part, it turns out Sears had the wrong part number called out on the diagram.
So I called Dellwood about the part. They were friendly, and helpful. They found the part, and had it at the shop by 10am the next day. I wish I had called them first. I will definitely use them again.
The owner was super helpful. He made sure I got the right parts for my dryer and even sent me home with a fuse that I wasn't sure I needed but ended up needing as well. Many thanks. Very helpful.
