I cannot say enough good things about this company. The waterline in my front yard burst on the Fourth of July and I had no idea what I was going to do. It wasn't City Utilities' territory since it was beyond the water meter, and it wasn't covered under my home insurance policy. I was an emotional wreck, anxiously overthinking how much I was going to be spending to fix it, thinking I'm going to have to file for bankruptcy, sell the house, sell the car.heck, probably sell myself on the corner even, just to afford the repairs.

Skot came out and did an estimate, and quoted me by the hour, and said it would probably be up to five hours of labor, which was better than I had expected, but still not very budget-friendly when you're young, dumb, and like to eat 13 baskets of rolls at Texas Roadhouse on the weekends. He even offered to take away the tree I had chopped down in my front yard that I was too lazy to drag to the backyard and burn, so I said I was in.

Skot, Mike, and Kaiden showed up bright and early to help this damsel in distress the next day, and they were able to find the issue, fix it, take my nasty tree lawn ornament, and even save some of my grass in less than an HOUR, leaving the entire project way under the initial budget.

I am so thankful for everyone that came out to help. Everyone was so nice, and they all really came together to help me out in a time of need. I will definitely be suggesting these guys to friends for their plumbing, heating, and air needs, as well as continuing to use them in the future.

Delong was well priced. DeLong sent Josh and his team to repair our sewer mainline from our home. They arrived on time. Took great care not to damage the front yard more than necessary. The break was close to the home. The removed our flower bed, rock, and wall stones. They took the time and care to return that area to close the original state. Something they did not have to do. I would definitely work with DeLong and their team if Josh was involved.

I had a nightmare bath remodel- that I didn’t realize until all the tile work and shower installation were completed - that the plumbing was not installed correctly. Delong was able to redo the plumbing without having to destroy any of the remodel. Would definitely recommend them! Stephen, Jesse and Skot are the best!

I have used DeLong for my plumbing issues for over 10 years. All their service technicians and office staff are great. Most recently, Evan has provided multiple bathroom plumbing repairs for us. He is an excellent plumber—professional, knowledgeable, timely, keeps the work area neat, and nice.

Very helpful people there technicians actually take time to talk to you instead of just walking way. They always treat you like a person not like so many other companies that will treat you like a paycheck

Kyle and Dante fixed my water softener. They were courteous, punctual, and patiently answered my questions. I will call DeLong Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

I used to work for them for a few weeks until we were on a job and it was more convenient for them to empty a refrigerant recovery tank back into the atmosphere than to do the right thing and have someone deliver an empty tank to recover refrigerant into. I made a joking comment that I was taking a video and sending to the EPA. It made the service guy mad and they fired me the next day

I was told my septic lateral lines needed over $2,000 in repairs by two different companies. I called Delong and they were out the next day to look at the project. They put a pan together and were back the very next morning to start the work. My issues were resolved for under $400!

We had a leak inside our basement wall just before the main shutoff at a 90 degree bend in our pipe. This caused some overnight flooding before we shut off water to the whole house. We called in the morning and setup an appointment for 11am. About 30 minutes after I called the technician, Jesse Poindexter, called and said he could come earlier. He quickly found the issue and repaired it. I can't say enough about his professionalism, friendliness, and skillset. He got us back to normal after a chaotic overnight situation. I plan on using Delong Plumbing for all of my projects and well as at my late fathers house. Thanks again Jesse! Like I said when you were here, "Not all heroes wear capes! "

Delong Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job running all new gas pipe in my home! Scott was professional and gave me a very fair and honest estimate for the project! They got the job done in a day, knowing I was without gas! I will call Delong for all my future plumbing needs, and highly recommend them!

Quick response to come out and fix an exterior faucet that had frozen over the winter. Allen came out and within 30 minutes had the old one removed, replaced and double checked the others to make sure they had not froze and split. Very reasonable. Thanks!
