I have been a customer of Deluxe nails since they were at their old location off cave springs. Over the last year, I made an appt every time for services. I would wait at least 30-45 min after my appt time to be seen. The past time, I waited 2 hours for my "appt". Watched 4 people walk in and out before I was served. So, this last time, I didn't make an appt, thinking it didn't matter anyway. Once again, 3 people walk in after me and are served before me. They asked me to come back and make an appt. After 15 years of loyal customer service, I will never return to this establishment. It's very sad how they treat their loyal customers.

Worst experience! They took my daughter and allowed her to get a design on every nail and not say a word about the charge for every nail! She is 11! This place is a scam and I would never recommend! They didn’t even do a good job!

They always rush to get the service done, i paid for the more expensive pedicure that include massage, they hardly even massage my legs more than 15 seconds i was disappointed.

Told the dude he missed a corner of my nail and he said no one will even see that and complained that it was my cuticle not my nail. Second bad experience with him

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Don’t waste your money. Worst pedicure I have EVER had. I selected the $28 pedi that included everything. Nail tech rushed thru the entire process. I definitely didNOT get my monies worth and will NEVER go back. Also…they don’t clean any of their tools. Disgusting.

They are very unprofessional screaming to other salon staff through the salon because I was told $28 for pedicure then they say $35 because they took off my toenail polish, yet all I did was ask what the extra $7 cost. They charge $10 extra to take off nail polish normally ; never in 33 years have I been charged to take of polish while getting a pedicure. They also charge $20 extra if you want gel for each hand and feet set so just gel polish is $40 for toes and fingers. They do not inform you of the DRASTIC price increase nor inform of prices before services.

Owner is rude her husband is an AH. They don’t listen and they up charge prices every visit. Products are old and the gel polish chipped after the second day. Don’t waste your time. Walked out after they didn’t do what they said they could do. Reported them to the BBB

I was extremely disappointed and do not think Ill be back: (I have been going there for years and have recommended them to many others. I was given a Gift Certificate for Christmas last year (since this was my nail place) and totally forgot to use it all year. 2 weeks ago I went right before my vacation, I got a deluxe gel pedicure and Acrylic Gel nails. It was $90 total and when I went to use my Gift Certificate I was denied! My Gift certificate was 1 WEEK EXPIRED! I honestly had NO IDEA it had an expiration date of 1 year form purchase! That mean's I did not even have a year to use it. I had never even took it out of the envelope but never thought It would not be honored At first I thought Kim was kidding, but NOPE she did not honor it. I even asked her if she was kidding a second time and she said no sorry its expired! I paid and even tipped $15. I am truly disappointed there was an expiration date at all and then not to honor it ESPECIALLY since it was only 7 days, at least give me till Christmas when I received it. I work with customers all day and just think it is bad business to not honor a Gift Certificate. It is literally just free money the company gets for not honoring it and extremely unfair to those that purchased them and received them. Its a shame because They were my place but they did not care enough to keep me as a paying customer.

Just ok. Nail tech not friendly. Didn’t see any disinfecting on any of the stations between customers. I hope the instruments were disinfected. Just not sure. I don’t think I’d come back. Massage was lacking. Corners were cut on my pedicure. I really hate that!

My Gel nail started to chip 2 days after getting it done. The lady said it would last longer than nail polish. Then when I went back to get it fix I waited over 30 minutes before speaking with someone. I left.

Very poor service. I got their most expensive pedicure which included a mask and a scrub. It was very poorly done. A small amount of mask was smeared down the front of my legs, the same was done with the scrub. The back of my legs were never touched in either process. So, I will not go there again!

Could’ve shaped them better, but the color was nice (could of added another coat) the nail lady was also nice, but i had to wait over an hour.

Don't waste your time here. This was my first time at this nail salon. I was in the area and walked in. They rushed the whole time. If you don't have time for walk ins, don't accept them. I got a full set done which is pricy and a week later, I'm already missing most of my nails! That is ridiculous. I'm very upset that I spent that much money for a full set that stays on for a week.

My first time here, I went on my lunch break and Kim got me right in! She repaired the issues I had from my previous nail salon, and did a gel refill with 2 broken nails in a hour. I was impressed. I ask her name and she gave me her business card with her cell to schedule an appointment so I could be in and out in my lunch since I work close but do not live close. Kim is my nail girl from here on out! BONUS, it’s been 2 weeks and my nails STILL look GREAT, and my cosmic nail polish is AMAZING!

Great cost, good work, not as friendly as they should be, but after you get in they are great.

Very clean and organized, first time here, very affordable. Tina was great, got me right in and did an amazing job! Will def be back
