Our orders never were right the service was really lazy never saw the way just once we made an order and she got it wrong took forever to get our check felt like we were abandoned the food was really lousy I wouldn't recommend this to any family member or any friends as well or any enemies take your chances of stopping at Denny's on Campbell Post
Long term/overworked/understaffed employees.
Mediocre food/smaller serving sizes at an ever increasing price point.
However, they are open late when nothing else is.
That’s the biggest positive.
Staff is very friendly. You don't feel like they are nice to you because they want a tip. They're nice to you because it's who they are. The steak I had was very well cooked, perfect medium rare. Every item from hash browns to eggs was spot on.
The service was excellent. The food was horrible, here is a picture of the cranberry sauce I received in a small container. Not even a spoonfull! Bathroom was so disgusting I walked out! Never again!
I want to shout this from the highest point available but will just place it here: we had the BEST service I have experienced at any restaurant at this location today! Our waitress, I believe he name was Nancy, was not only the nicest but knew the menu and helped us with our order finding the exact combination of food we wanted but for cheaper. Our drinks were never empty, she interacted beautifully with my 2 year old, and was simply an all around wonderful waitress! The food was fantastic too. The location was also super clean which we appreciated. Highly recommend!
Food was good. Coffee tasted burnt or like it had been left on for too long. Granted, service was still good despite only having 3 staff members. Nothing new to hear "people don't want to work". Service and food was 4 stars. 3 star rating because after eating, I had an upset stomach all day. So did my girlfriend.
Servers just like to scream at you for no reason. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. The food is not worth the harassment.
Worked out very well for us. The place seemed clean and the waitress was prompt. Dollar to food exchange was better than many other places!
Worst denny's ever. I ordered to breakfast slams. Got home and they forgot half the order. Called went back got the rest and it was ice cold.
Great food but higher end price, welcomeing and comfortable environment. Been here a few times and will be there again in the future.
The wait is always longer than they tell you. I've been here 3 times and haven't ate there but 1 of those times. Rediculous waste of time.
This Denny’s is the exception to all the rules. Not only was our server outstanding the food was delicious. BEYOND delicious. We ordered a club blueberry pancakes and the bourbon burger and every single bite was perfect. Ripe produce tender meat. I don’t write reviews but this place just blew my mind. Thank you Denny’s
They were short staff that day.the server was very polite and could do only handle what she could.so the table left a big tip
Super slow service, there was hardly anyone there and it took forever to get served, they were out of half the appetizers that we asked for, I'd technically give it 0 stars
10/16/21 10: 00 am, finally got to go to Dennys for breakfast for the first time in almost 7 years. On arrival the door sign reads understaffed, as typical with current economy. I understand.
With in 20 minutes my experience, the door should have read we are incompetent.
We asked how long the wait was, were told 10 minutes maybe 15, we put are name on the list and waited. 2 or three party's had arrived, they were put on the list.happy waiters. 20 min pass.party 2. Got seated.then party three got seated.so asked what happened to party one.u know me. The worker said o my oops.u were cross off the list.so.politely I told her I was just going to go else where.
I'm now at FDs having catfish and bloody Mary's.so. Danny's have a nice life. OUT. F. A.
Worst customer service, will never go here. I ordered through Uber Eats at midnight. I was quoted 1: 00am. They close at 2am. I called the store to request something not be on my sandwich, since the app didn't allow for that. The lady thay answered was very rude. Told me they had 15 tickets, 2 cooks, and 1 server, and that she couldn't guarantee that my sandwich wouldn't have the item on there. My food never came.
Met friends here & enjoyed a great Breakfast. I hadn't been here in quite awhile. So glad we tried it & we will for sure go back!
Would put 0 stars if I could. Had a problem with my online order which was completely wrong, ordered two burgers and got eggs and sausage and bacon. Called and the manager hung up on me. Had a problem called, got connected with the manager because nobody knew what to do and the manager of this fine establishment told me he was busy and hung up on me
