Required to wear a mask, while employees did not properly wear mask. When informed the Missouri courts have blocked the masked mandate. Ironically, no mask required to pay the Bill (same area mask are required while waiting for a table.). Wait was said to be 20 minutes, took 40 minutes to be seated. Service was GREAT at the table, the food was mediocre at best. Bob Evans across the road will be our next stop.
We had Heather tonight an she was the worst server I have ever had. It took her forever to get my drinks she was helping everybody else and doing her own thing before getting our drinks at all. She was worried about doing silverware and listening to her phone before helping us we were her only customers at this time. We ordered an appetizer and our food and our appetizer came out after our food. She never got me a refill at all. When I asked for a refill she never brought my cup back out she only brought me my check. The food was cold and completely disgusting I will never be returning! I only gave them a one star rating because you have to give a star to be able to post this. They should have -5 stars!
Service was top notch. Server was fast and friendly. Food looked like the picture on the menu. Food was hot, fresh and beautifully prepared. Our experience was so good that we were talking about the next time we'll eat at Denny's before we finished this meal.
Incredibly overworked and underpaid staff. Our waitress was the only one working and she had only been hired two days ago. Forced to deal with rude and aggressive customers without any managerial support. Absolute disgrace. We won't be supporting such an establishment again, especially one that overworks their employees to that degree. I get we are in a labor shortage but there is a reason for that. Food service workers are treated so poorly and compensated NOTHING for the amount of stress, pressure and work they do. Continuing such vile practices on your existing employees will only make it worse. Despicable. If a company like Denny's can't afford to pay and treat their employees fairly then that company shouldn't exist. Be better.
I rarely order Denny's but I've never had an issue until now. I ordered a turkey sandwich and an order of broccoli. I paid 3$ for 3 pieces of broccoli and my bread was burned black. Very disappointed.
Food wasn't that great and not going back since they require masks. The waitress' attitude towards me was unpleasant, it was fine with the man I was with. My conclusion was she doesn't like females or she thought she would get a bigger tip. Too bad it was my turn to pay
Employees knew we were at the door and ignored us for 5 minutes. When we were seated every table around us needed to be bussed. Our nachos came out Luke warm and we sent the fries back twice because we could tell the grease needed to be changed. We both work in the service industry and understand businesses are short handed however there is no excuse that someone was not bussing those tables. Those same tables were still dirty when we left.

Awful experience. Our first waitress was not friendly and confused, did nothing but take our order, the second waitress we had (for some unknown reason) was actually nice. Had to ask for a refill, food sat and got very cold. Never saw the first waitress again other than when paying where she did not acknowledge us. Expensive for trash food. Very annoyed not the first bad experience I’ve had (was a to go order last time) but so many months had gone in between was hoping it would be better. Save your time and money
Our server didn’t even introduce herself to start. We ordered our food and waited for a little bit. All of the food was cold and made very poorly. It was very hard not to just send it all back and leave but we had been waiting so long already.
I haven't been Denny's for awhile due the pandemic. It seems like they have a new menu
I had the cobb salad with prime rib and can't wait to go back for another!
A little disappointed on the service. Not a lot of people were in the restaurant at that time and the waitress only followed up one time with us for more coffee or if we needed anything else. Other than that breakfast was good and as expected!
Good Lord, don't walk into this place without a mask! The hostess literally yelled at me and made me back up to the exit.embarrassing and ridiculous.so no covid when you are sitting at the tables with no mask? You would have thought i was a criminal. I will never step foot in this place again. It is also very worn down and grungy inside.
Delicious food and wonderful service. The waitress was very accommodating to my family. My girlfriend who is pregnant loved her! She had wonderful sense of humor and quick to understand our needs. Thank you so much!
Forgot our server's name, but they were the only server working the floor. They were so good, I really wouldn't've noticed. The food was still prompt, and the mozzarella sticks actually have stretchy cheese (they don't at most restaurants)!
Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Poor service and rude. The manager is very unprofessional and rude to her employees. Overall not clean.
