Denny's, Kansas City MO

I've ate at many Denny's. That being said this was by far the best. Food and sevice were both great. Very clean

Just spent $12 on nachos which had 3 containers, the one pictured was supposed to be sour cream and it’s visibly rotten and curdling chunks. Not sure how the kitchen didn’t noticed that but that makes me concerned about the health and safety of their kitchen. I called 10 times to give management a heads up, they won’t answer their phone.

Went for later dinner was told by older sever that had 3 tables with food already at them or would be over hour wait. To even be seated and they couldn't deal with this amount of people us and one other couple to seat because a dishwasher walked out earlier in the day. I was a server for 5 years no reason to not seat people when your tables have food. Unacceptable service from so called seniority server.

They advertised as being open until 3 a.m. However were closed when we pulled up at 1: 15 a.m. Went to visit another location, and learned that this location has the reputation of closing down early. Definitely do not recommend if you are trying to go late at night. This was a super bad inconvenience as visitors from out of town just leaving Worlds of Fun. I’m sure many others would be frustrated as well.

I have my special picks. Normally I don't have any complaints. (Food is generally always good Great food this night ️) Not this night, but a lot of the time it is pretty casually/slowly/leasurely, moving to a menu.

Was told that they only had 3 staff workers at the time and it was going to be a LONG wait. Staff not friendly- left

Having to wait 3 hours, just for a cancelation, is very not cool for a tired mom with no options left, a starving, cranky 2 year old who wants his bacon and eggs and half her family asleep without eating! Never had any problems with any other location.

Got in, ordered our food and drinks, got drinks only. Keep waiting for another 42min and didn't got our food. 4 waitress and only 1 cook
While we sitting we looked on the kitchen and we listen to what the cook said, and she even didn't started to make our order and she have other person order to make. Crazy! Dont go there if you care for your time. We just stand up and left

My husband and I met some friends out for the evening and decided to grab a bite to eat. We tried a different Dennys location which ended up being closed so we decided to come out to the Blue Ridge Cutoff location.
Regina was our server and she was amazing. She goes above and beyond and you can tell she takes pride in her work. After we got seated more people showed up and she worked the resturant flawlessly!
My husband and I live further south, but we are more than willing to make the 25 minute drive to this location again because of the amazing job she did for us tonight!

After the Raytown Denny's rudely turned us away, the Stadium Denny's welcomed us with open arms. They were just as short staffed as the first restaurant and still served us with a smile. The food was amazing, the service was top notch! Regina was the best in KC!

It was absolutely incredible! My waitress was the absolute sweetest woman! She was so helpful and happy. She really made a great start to my day, I believe her name was Annie. The food was incredible as well!

It was ok but they were short staff and never came to offer another drink and took forever to bring the ticket, shorted us of food in the items we ordered, though it did come out fresh!

If you are a Spanish person this would be a good place to eat but now since the building doesn't exist there anymore the one downtown by the FBI that sign above Denny's downtown it says about Job discrimination worked out good

Is purchased a stake omelet no flavor no cheese is to charge 90 cent for 2 tablespoons is tablespoons pecani sauce. Was supposed to be 3 egg omelet it wasn't. Pancakes fell apart could not flip over to add butter They were half done. We'll not go back

Rude people messed up my order and put me on hold for 20 minutes, before hanging up on me, I will call corporate in the morning and I have known the GM for years, back to walking the avenue

Very disappointed in this particular Denny's I stopped at three different Denny's before I finally found one that was open and it shouldn't have been The service was lousy

Our server was amazing at first and then it got busy. It appeared from the very beginning when we arrived that they were short-staffed. In the end our server did not return and several things were forgotten.

The absolute worst.the lady was very rude and disrespectful! Ordered the lumberjack.didn't want butter on pancakes.told them.they took them back and never returned them.no pancakes! So I ask the waitress and her reply was she didn't take them back the other lady did.so waited another 10 min.and asked again and she got loud and said I said.blah.blah.very rude and not what I paid for!

We got take out since it was close to closing time. Food was cooked perfect as ordered and Regina packed plenty of condiments for us!
