My wife and I went to Dental Designs for our annual cleanings. The appointment went okay for both of us. Both of us asked our hygienist before doing X-Rays if it would be covered 100% by our dental insurance. Both of us were told that it would be covered under our insurance with no cost. However, we received a $110.00 dollar bill after insurance. After calling them they told us it’s the patients responsibility to check with their insurance. We have gone to other dentists in the past where if the X-Rays were not going to be covered they allowed us to send them old ones from the previous dentist. We did not do this because they told us it was covered. Needless to say we will not be returning. Be careful if you decide to go here!
I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist, but these guys have totally changed my outlook on it. Highly recommend to any and everyone, you won’t be disappointed. Dr. Russel and Stephanie are the best of the best!
