Great experience around the office start out with a bubbly hello at the dest from Nicole, Erin and Jenn to getting swept away to the 360 scan and finding out I have a wisdom tooth. Never knew that and a great cleaning from the hygienists katie and Dr. Well checking me over quick in and out and no pain A+ Great work

Erin the secretary was extremely rude and hostile as I was trying to figure out whether my insurance was in network with them. I would suggest visiting another office.

I had an emergent need with a front tooth. Dr. Wall and her staff were able to get me in right away. Upon arriving, I was greeted with sincere kindness. Dr. Wall and her assistant were so attentive and professional; they took excellent care of my tooth.

Had my first appointment on October 3rd - EVERYONE here is outstanding! Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, my hygienist Jaymie was so personable it felt like chatting with a close friend, and it was a similar experience with the doctor (I want to say it was Dr. Wall?) when she came to check everything out. I also really appreciated the staff explaining every procedure before they performed them; it shows a high level of care regarding patients' mental comfort. Clean and professional facilities. Will definitely be using them as my regular dental practice moving forward!

I came in for my cleaning with my three year old and just wanted to show him about the dentist. How it’s not scary and everyone’s super nice. And this staff completely exceeded my expectations. Jamie my hygienist immediately Welcomed my son in and involved him in my cleaning and x-rays. He was being so brave and she was so engaging with him. It was like visiting old friends. Then they did his cleaning and walked him through everything. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to this office for over 25 (eek!) years and always been happy with their attention to my needs as a person in a dental chair and as someone who want to have good dental health in my future. Today Jamie the dental hygienist was over the moon nice, sincere with her questions and a confidant, competent professional.

Had a great experience and can not say enough good things about this office! It had been some time since I had been to the dentist for a cleaning. I scheduled an appointment a month or so out, but JC (Jen) was able to get me in the next day after a cancellation. Jaymie was wonderful. She was gentle but thorough, and did a great job with the cleaning. After the cleaning I went back up front to schedule an appointment to return for a filling. JC looked at the schedule for the day and was able to get me right back in a few minutes later saving a trip. Dr. Wall, assisted by Tiffany, did quick work of the filling. Oh, they also did a scan while I was there so I could get a new retainer. This office is so great! Everyone there is friendly and professional and I definitely felt like they put my needs first.

Had a great first visit! Jamie the hygienist was amazing. Very gentle but precise. Dr. Holdener was great. Can't wait to come back again in six months for the next cleaning!

Today was my first visit since my previous Dentist left the Dardene facility. My first visit since retiring and I was treated well and met a new team of dental professionals. The ladies up front input my Medicare information without any snags. A great 5 star experience.
