Love my nails when Emily does them I get what I ask for an she takes her time an does an awesome job

Kim, Emily, and Jenny are absolutely amazing Kim did exactly what I wanted! Jenny is a boss, working with my daughters tiny nails, and Emily is fabulous as well. Love this place, and the ladies. They are all on point, and move quickly, with quality work.

Dirty bowls my little girls sat in for pedicures. Told the girl there was a nail floating in there and she just scooped it out and did not drain the water and refill.both my daughters toes were messed up before we even left because she put their shoes on with polish still wet. 3 people working on a Saturday.overall the salon needs cleaned. The girl who did my nails did a good job just a little rough.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Myself and my two nieces went together getting ready for a vacation to Jamaica. We opted for the most expensive option $47 we showed them a very simple picture we wanted and they assured us they could do it. The polish job was terrible! The worst part was the polish never dried even after several hours. Needless to say when we got home an hour away all three of our nails were smudged and completely ruined, not that I would have worn the terrible paint job even if it had dried. After some research I found that the reason our polish didn’t dry was they did a paraffin dip and then didn’t remove the wax off of our nails which made the polish not dry. I called the next day and the owner refused to refund our money not even a partial refund and fully admitted it was there mistake. Don’t waste your money they are terrible. I wasted $47 and had to pay to have my nails repainted.

This was my first visit, and Kim did my nails A-1 PERFECTO! She is so thorough and the glitter French tips are so Gorgeous! FOUND my New Nail Tech since mine had moved to Florida. Will Most Definitely be making my second appointment! You NEED to give this Fine Nail Shop a Try. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Damaged my nails and took 6 weeks for nails To heal. 5out of 10 of my fingers ended up bleeding from the drilling and filing my skin! Do not trust this place will never go back

I used to love this place. I stopped going when someone charged a $20 tip to my card a few months ago. Mind you, I tipped cash already.

I've gone to Design Nails & Spa since they've been open. The staff is very friendly and does a great job. I've always been satisfied with the work they do!

They did a really nice job! They were way more gentle than the places I’ve been to before. My nails were kinda beat up and they made them look really nice!

I went in to get my nails done for my wedding that is in less than 5 days. I started off with one lady helping me after sitting there waiting for about 15min. The whole beginning part of my service the lady kept answering phone calls and messaging on her phone, then 1/2 way through my service that lady left and said she had to leave so another lady would come finish my nails. At this point I had plenty of time to look over my nails that had been done so far and they were terrible! I expressed my concern and i happiness to the lady that took over and it was completely ignored. By the time the lady finished my nails I was even more miserable than I was before. Then she told me the total and i about lost my mind! So I expressed how unhappy I was and that this was the worst nails I have ever had in my entire life (I am 34) and that these are for my WEDDING in less than 5 days and nothing was done about it at all. Very unhappy and will never return to this salon.

Two days after getting the dip nails, they are lifting. Cx service was terrible, they didn't tell me the cost until after they charged my card, and they did the wrong color on my friend.overall an awful experience, Im going to try to get a refund.

I’ve been going to Design nails for many years and they are always top notch in all areas.
I would recommend them anytime!
