DeSpain Cayce Dermatology Center & Medical Spa reviews
20Excellent service. Comprehensive. My concerns were heard and the attending was both compassionate and thorough. Highly recommend for dermatological issues.
This was my first visit and I was totally satisfied. Everyone was professional and courteous. Dr. Cayce was direct and to the point just the way I like it.
Check in was easy, initial screening in examine room was fast and Dr. Cayce exam and discussion was fast and to rhe point. Visit complete in 10 minutes. Excellent!
I am pleased to rate my visit to Cayce Dermatology as 5 stars. Everyone was super friendly. I did not have to wait for my appointment. Friendly, professional, and efficient.these are the characteristics that I appreciate in a health care provider.
Everything went well but we had to wait to see doctor. Waited about 45 minutes which i thought was a little long.
Dr. Leslie Mills is a wonderful doctor. I understand she is moving on out of state for position she could not turn down. I'm sure I will still be well taken of.
As always, my experience was a pleasant one. Everybody is friendly, courteous, and professional. The only bad news about my most recent visit was to learn that Dr. Mills will be leaving. She will be missed and I wish her every success in her new endeavor. Also God's blessing.
Not a patient myself, but my good friend was a patient there and the experience she had was so distasteful and unprofessional, I'm surprised you guys can call yourself a reputable business. The front desk clerk, Betty, is the most snobby, rude and vile woman I have ever heard of in my life. Not only did she make my friend miss her appointment by giving her 3 different appointment times, which she still showed up early to, then refusing to have her seen by her doctor. She also refused to release her medical records to her new doctor when she switched offices because of the idiocy she had to deal with at this office. Which should be illegal might I add! I'm sure this place would be better off with a more decent and respectful front desk agent.
Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient from the lady checking me in to checkout. I would definitely recommend Cayce Dermatology.
I did not have to wait a long period to see the doctor. All staff, including the office employees were kind, professional and made you feel welcome! My first visit here. I was very impressed with my whole experience!
I have been a medical patient at the clinic for a couple of years. The entire staff are always courteous and professional, and appointments are easy to schedule. The doctor and physician Assistant I have seen are both very knowledgeable, and I have recommended them to several friends. I have not used the spa/aesthetic services, yet.
I have used Dr. Cayce for several years and she keeps my minor skin problems under control. I like her knowledge and her ability to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Her staff seem on top of everything, especially now.
Greeted immediately with pleasant employees. The appointment was in time, professional and informative. I would recommend with no reservations.
My appointment was for 9am. I was attended to at exactly 9am. Both intern & doctor were very cordial and friendly. No waiting in the change room. Out by 9: 30am.
One of the most important things for a business is the initial meeting of the potential customer. I was calling to see if they had an opening for a dermatologist and talked with the receptionist. She was very quick, not very friendly, and did not seem to care at all. I will not go here just because of the initial reaction.
Dr Cayce did a cosmetic procedure which was botched and when asked to fix it she wanted me to pay for the full procedure again. She was inconsiderate and very cold - irrespective of how long she's known her patients she cares more about making money for every sec she spends with her patients than to actually care about patient satisfaction and their well being. I was fooled by all the fake smiles initially until there is a problem and you get to see a whole different side.
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend this office. Lisa Coleman is an excellent esthetician and made me feel very educated on skin care and health.
Just recently switched dermatologists after 16 years and I'm 100% satisfied with the service, scheduling, knowledge, experience, appearance and all of the above!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I've had a terrible rash for a year. I sent pictures of how bad it was and I got an email 2 days later saying to call to make an appointment. The closest one was 3 months out. I got a referral from a doctor and it was even longer! This place is not interested in getting new patients. Would not recommend trying to get in to anyone.
Went in with my gf for some Botox, it was her first time and wow! They took the time to answer all her questions and made her feel right at home! I also found my new go to place! Very recommended
