Dennis answered the phone and couldn't make it out right away but took ten minutes on the phone talking through the problem with me and helping me to understand that what I had going on was perfectly acceptable and I needed no service. Actually showed up ahead of schedule, called he was doing another job in the area, finished it. Was very professional, accessed the work to be done and solved my electrical issues.
