Bad experience still have not got my package DHL was suppose to deliver instead they turn it over to Usps so whe usps notified me all they have on there system is awaiting package meaning DHL had not found it its our choir robes we needed them by Jan 15 2024 for Martin Luther King Celebration it was supposed been here Dec 19 we only got 6 robes when we needed 18 I am so disappointed the bigger box out there someone where

I will not order anything that has to use this service. DHL. I ordered dec 10. Supposed to get dec 16. Being calling and chatted. Information says it arrived at hazel wood location where package said arrived Christmas Day. Poor service. Still didn’t get. Came to location on dec 28 to be told can’t locate. They continued to look after asking for manager. Tried to explain I would need to do claim. Not acceptable. Why should I do leg work to locate the package you lost. Explained they should be looking for a box. They found the package somewhere it should not have been. It feel off belt or something. I don’t care about what happened behind the scenes. Make it right. Found the box. No apology or anything. Poor service all the way around for me. Another company loses business due to bad service of anther.

My package has been out for delivery for 3 days! It keeps saying delivery attempt has failed. No one has tried to deliver my package! Please just give me my stuff This is unacceptable

It was great to be able to pick up my package shipped via DHL at the office in Hazelwood near St.louis Mills. Given a delivery date from the company I’d ordered from, I knew I would be out of town and scheduled a later delivery date through DHL. I was surprised to receive a text letting me know my package was in town and being held in Hazelwood…I went there and it was a simple, fast and pleasant process to get it!

Worst possible courier service I have ever encountered. They were over 2 weeks late with my package. Did not bother to even notifying me as to why it was going to be late and then just dumped it off on my doorstep Damaged with so unprofessional.

I have been waiting on a package that was supposed to been delivered yesterday. I was here all day and when I tracked it, it says it was undeliverable because I wasn't here to accept. Please explain why it can't be left at the back door.
