This place is just don't make sense whatsoever. How could you ever get a good customer base coming with these kind of hours?

Nice billiard room expansion. Nice atmosphere, upscale feel pool hall and antique bowling alley.

This ends up being a go to spot when I can convince my ️ to hang out in my neck of KC, because it's close it's open last 8 (usually) and they have all the weekend essentials: food, booze and entertainment. I'm leaving this review in particular because we stopped in super bowl Sunday (2/13/22) and Cami the manager (sorry if spelling is wrong) was the sole employee working for the entirety of the time I was there (I think there was someone in the kitchen but they must not have been qualified or able to help with anything else because I don't even know what they looked like) She was super friendly, efficient and transparent about the situation with every one that came in. I personally witnessed her dismantling a ball return to unjam the works and saw her sprinting to behind the lanes to fix other issues, all the while still crafting super bowl cocktails and refilling sodas AND checking on guests in the billiards room. I really hope that's she being paid for ALL the jobs she was fulfilling yesterday which was a minimum of at least 4 by my count. If she's not.well. Cami, all the world is hiring and you, my badass lady, you deserve to be a valued and cherished member of a team that appreciates you. (and I may know of a good place that thrives on hustle and will be needing additions soon, see if lake lotawana is a doable drive)

They made space for our party of 7. Older, smaller bowling alley but very cozy as they had couches to sit on. We had alot of fun and the appetizers were excellent. Highly recommend you try this out.

It is a wonderful place. We had a fun family birthday.for all ages. Great staff! We will be back.

Staff did not notify people who held reservations and gave away reservations to other people with the new hours, just screams incapable workplace

The worst lanes I've ever bowled on in my life I had to ask for a refund. Was going to order the $10 loaded fries, but since it was a slow day they won't make my family anything that required more than the fryer. Poopy place, and there's only 8 lanes

Been here twice in the last month and love the vibe but the service was terrible. I love that it’s never terribly busy and pricing is good and overall vibe but my biggest issue has been the bartender/waitress and I use these terms loosely. Both times I went with a large group and both times this woman upset numerous members of the group. Last night when we went she gave one of our friends free refills on soda yet charged another friend 3 times each time they got the same soda. She doesn’t know how to make any drinks including stuff that’s on their menu. Customer service lacks when we had an issue with food last time she just shrugged and the manager never gave out to apologize but he did make a new batch of the food we had an issue with. Every time we ordered anything she gave each person a different price and just overall had a terrible attitude. Really do believe this place could be great with the right staff but she needs to go.

Place was ok but the approach was way too slick and the place was just kind of lack luster, people were nice but that's about it honestly.

Pros: This place has a really cool vibe and extended to have a really cool pool space. MOST of the staff is very friendly.
Cons: Lanes are not well kept because of business decreases so it's not a place to take your pro ball. The GM is tired of his job and not customer friendly, so avoid him and have a casually good time.

This place is amazing! We have come several times. Three times was us and our 16-year-old boys and then two were birthdays and us tlcelebrating with close family and one was a huge event where we invited everyone for one of my fiance's big birthdays. They have things for kids, an arcade, the little dinosaur things for the smaller kids to bowl on and then they're great for adult parties, especially with the cocktails as well. We had about 20 people and they easily took care of us and we had a great time. They let you reserve lanes and even have party rooms you can reserve in the back. We got to bring cupcakes and a few decorations for one of the birthdays that was the larger party. It is extremely reasonable on prices. We were even able to order appetizers and food. Great staff and great little find, we love it here!

They were great with my big crowd! Had my daughter's 3rd birthday party today. The food is great and so is the service! Kamie was our server, she was very patient with the 7 or 8 kids we had. Thank you! We will come back without the big crowd. Lol.

Had a birthday party set up for my wife here and everyone loved it! The staff were all really helpful & friendly, made our party extra great! Highly recommend!
