Diamond Nail Bar

I am the driver for an 82 year old man who got a mani/pedi. He stated he wanted to give a 5$ tip and the lady didn't correct his math and walked away with a 15$ tip. His nails looked awful (jagged and not buffed). Horrible experience

I’m not high maintenance but I do expect basic good customer service. I had an appt at 4. They sat me down in the chair to get a pedicure done and didn’t say anything else, just said take a seat. No water in the tub for my feet to soak. I just sat there waiting for 25 min! With no water bare feet in this plastic. I was patient… 25 min just sitting there. I asked politely if we can fill up the tub with water so I can wait at least with water relaxing my feet. Took another 10 min for someone to do this… 35-40 min literally doing nothing. I asked again and then they came with this attitude like I was a burden. Why should I be asking for you do your job and do it well? The girl came over with a small attitude (I’m sure I has my guard up at this point) she does my nails.gel nails on my manicure 1 day later my nails chip! For gel nails wth! NEVER EVER GOING BACK FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND.
