We live hour plus away husband needed his rope chain fused they took the time and got it done in 30 minutes.

They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have too! With NO hassle or excuses.

I got my replacement ring Thursday from zales took it to diamonds and more Friday. We figured out zales hadn’t actually sized my ring, and I wanted them to check to make sure everything was good on the ring.

I had my ring back sized in a little over 2 hours!

Oh and a warranty for the ring even though it wasn’t purchased through them!



I am blown away by the great service I got from there! Still 100000/10 do not recommend zales!

Recently I took my wife's antique ring in for repair. The ring was her mothers and is 80 to 90 years old. The repair was absolutely beautiful. My wife was very, very pleased with the outcome. I recommend Diamonds & More to one and all.
