Great place to take my car. They were very quick with my oil change and topped off my fluids. Definitely coming back in the future.

Tested coolant system before taking vehicle to the shop. Went in for quick connect fittings. Was told vehicle was done. Drove off lot, pulled into gas station to check under hood. Good thing I did, coolant everywhere and upper radiator hose disconnected at both ends. I was told coolant system tested good. Lost my trust on first service!

Bryant greeted me when I got there. He was personable and had great customer service skills. He kept me aware of the status of my car a made me aware when the work had been completed. He did additional research to alert me of future maintenance concerns. He didn't seem to mine going the extra mile to when I asked what the prices of the work would cost me.

Came in with my car this morning, Mike was very professional and helped me get checked in for my service appointment! Car was being serviced for about 2 hours, but came back running great! Thanks Greenway Ford Service!

The customer service is always horrible. Doesn't seem to matter that you all are under new management.

Called asking if they replace rod bearing (I know literally no one does) and they told me yes. So I brought my truck up here so it could sit for three weeks so they could tell me no we are not going to do it. 140$ tow plus the 200$ fee to look at my truck when I came here for a specific purpose. Also told me to pay them with PayPal? This place is scamming.

The customer service person was very nice and courteous. The choices for service are horrible and so are the charges. Wanting to charge $200 each for a diagnostic on two error codes. You only have to hook it to the computer once. We plan on finding a local garage to do all our work in the future. Will only use you for recalls might just go to Bob Sight instead.

Service was timely and precise. I was even able to attain a ride to pick up and drop off. Gave estimates prior to completion of work. Team was very knowledgeable. I only had one item that when my vehicle was returned it reeked of cigarettes smoke. All windows were down and air-conditioner was on blast for an tire replacement? Other than that good service.

The car was in the shop for 6 weeks and when we got it home it was discovered that the brakes were all of a sudden needing replaced. There were no issues with the brakes prior to taking the vehicle in for the first issue which turned out to be a bad water pump. Thankfully it was under warranty and it covered the replacement of the water pump however 6 weeks seems to have been a long time. Detra was very kind during the process and set up a rental vehicle for us to use during the downtime. As a matter of fact she was kind throughout the entire process.

Great. I had a sprung ankle and two employees stopped to make sure I had a seat. Also they provided me a ride to work. They care about there customers!

Made appointment to get my car in had it towed and when I got there they told me it will be 2 days before they can even look at it was not told that before then they had my car for two and a half weeks kept calling to get updates and every time I call they said the service manager was too busy finally after 2 weeks I was giving some update and was told they need to order for it will take 3 days I will never take my car back there I would take it to Rob sites where the services excellent and they keep you informed of what what's wrong with your car and what parts they would need
