I purchased an ON shoes for $176.27. At the check out I asked the cashier about return policy, he answered clearly 90 days. He didn't mention any restrictions for shoes.
I went today to return and they all of a sudden remembered their shoe return policy that the shoe must be not worn.
The manager was rude and dismissive.
1st and last time to shop on this store.
Made two shoe orders online.they said they were both in stock. Then canceled one so I made another then they canceled my second order!
Great store, very clean, only reason not 5 stars is because they don't carry the fishing lures we were looking for
I want to shout out Tom in the golf/tennis department. Although he did not have time to regrip our golf club, he took the time to talk us through the process and gave genuine and educated advice.

Love checking out the outdoor gear here, I hope this location adds more climbing equipment.
It’s difficult to find things, but when you do find it, it’s guaranteed they sure as hell have plenty of it!
Shopping was fine given the time of the year. What was not fine was the ONE checkout person with a line of 8-10 people. I shopped twice in three days and this was the case both times. While in line I observed multiple staff walking around doing whatever they were supposed to be doing. Poor management!
Help hard to find someone to help. When did find someone, no clue if they had what I was looking for. They had to ask someone else who just said no. For a Sporting goods store pretty useless. Will never go again!
This is a great sports store for general merchandise. They have loads of products and two floors in this location. I have not seen an elevator here but I'm sure there is one for wheelchair accessibility. They can be a bit pricy depending on what you are looking for as they carry a lot of name brand clothing and gear.
