5Ordered twice in past month and received order in 2 days! Wowzer! And no I didn’t pay for expedited shipping. I’m impressed.
Well lit, clean, good quality products, staff was helpful and professional. Most prices on products were reasonable. Good discounts on a few items (when bundled) and on top of my store rewards, and it really comes in handy when I'm getting winter items to work in since I work outside. They have good little small things for Christmas gifts. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!
Floor lady very helpful unfortunately they are out of alot of workout merchandise & won't be getting any stock anytime soon.
Dropped a bike off for a tuneup and repair on 5/23/20. Was told that the bike would be ready in 2 days. A week later we called for a status update and said that they were waiting for parts. Okay.understandable with COVID. Called again a week later.still waiting for parts. Called every week for the last 7 weeks and we get the same excuse. Searched for the part on Amazon and they offer next day delivery. Not once did the store reach out to us to let us know anything. As of 7/11/20 we still don’t have the bike back (same excuse). Feedback - work on your communication for the services you provide! Do not over promise and under deliver! We love your company and spend a lot of money there. Please work on these issues.
