Dierbergs Markets - West Oak reviews
13I ordered flowers for my sister who is retiring after 34+ years of service to the United States Postal Service. I am in Atlanta and everything was done over the phone. The flowers that were initially delivered were not the best and while my sister was appreciative of the gesture, she was not pleased with the flower arrangement. I told her I would make a call. I called Dierbergs and spoke with the florist department. I can’t remember the lady I spoke to but she was very apologetic and offered to make it right. They did just that. They offered GREAT customer service and they made it right. My sister was so happy which made me happy because I love her so much. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU DIERBERGS! I did call and express my thanks for the awesome customer service.
I find items at this location that I can't find at other stores. A little pricey but worth it to me
Great selection of wine and produce. Everyone who works here deserves a raise. I love shopping here. Rachel at self checkout is incredible she is so sweet, and has always been an incredible help. Thanks you guys for all of your hard work.
I went to this store to buy a bottle of wine. When I was at check out I handed my ID to the cashier. She called her manager over because she believed that my ID was a fake. After showing her my other forms of Identification and reciting every bit of detail on my drivers license she stated that she would let this one slide. I will not go back after being treated like I was committing a crime.
Never have enough checkers, especially during busy hours, here on a Saturday at 5: 00pm, long lines, 3 checkers available. I guess cutting labor costs is more important.
I don't know what is going on with the Deirbergs baggers. Everytime I go they overload bags then double bag. They are not trying to save bags they are just making them impossible to carry for now reason. It's not just this location it's every Deirbergs I've been to.
I had a BAD experience with their customer service department. I felt highly disrespected by the general manager I dealt with yesterday evening and believe she acted ageist toward me.
Was not given all my groceries at checkout and when I called to find out what happened I never got an apology. Just come back and pick up your stuff at courtesy counter. Unbelievable!
Nicer than the Dierbergs on N. Lindbergh, more selection, fresher produce, friendlier staff, great deli.
Today, 8/6/16, at 8: 00am in the seafood section we were served by the most friendly, helpful employee. Unfortunately her nametag was obscured and we didn't catch her name, but kudos! Love great service and all the employees here have always been friendly and helpful. Great produce department and craft beer selection, as well!
I work down the street from Dierbergs at a large corporate headquarters. I used to enjoy stopping in at the Deli counter or the LuLu's Chinese Express counter for lunch. There are fountain drinks and a seating are at the front of the store where you can sit down and eat. Today, 1/21/2015, was my last trip. As usual, I picked up my food at the back of the store, grabbed a drink from the cooler and went through self checkout. I hoped that today would be the day that I sat down at the front of the store at a clean table.well it was not. Every table was filthy and greasy, there was trash and food on the floor and the trash containers were overflowing. The employees are lounging, watching loud videos on their tablets and phones and even some taking naps in the booths. There was also a table full of managers at a round table on the end where the cooking classes are sitting amongst the dirty floors and tables. They didn't;'t even notice that I made several trips to get napkins to wipe down the booth and seats where I sat. You would think a table full of Dierbergs managers would do something about the conditions in the Café but they didn't today and never have before. You know who you are. Today you were talking about "the bearded lady" vendor, a girl that called one of your cell phones you named "The Smiley Jeep Girl" or similar, banks, your kids spending money, etc. I don't care what you talked about, I only mention it to prove that I was there when you were. Later, the managers stood up from after their lunch and walked right past all the filthy tables and overflowing trash. Thanks anyway Dierbergs. It's a good concept Mr. Dierberg but eating there is like eating in a filthy Dierbergs employee break room. Never again.
Always friendly and helpful, good produce, lots of choice, clean stores, prices fair, been shopping at the 11000 Olive store for decades and i love it!
