Dierbergs Markets - Heritage Place, Creve Coeur MO

In St. Louis attending a family gathering. We stoppeded at Dierbergs to purchase a few items the night before hearding home. Service was very good. A clean and friendly grocery store.

5: 20pm on Friday eve and 2 active checkout lines out of 9 available. Lines 3 and 4 deep. Why?

St. Louis is blessed with multiple world class grocery stores, and Dierbergs does not disappoint.

This was worst Dierbergs in St. Louis.
I was at the customer service counter area. Standing for 3 minutes waiting the 3 people behind the counter to help me. Two talking with each other. One was at the cash register. (he actually had eye contact with me but did not say a word, where I should be stand to get help). Finally I asked, “can someone tell me where is customer service? “
The lady told me I should wait at line one.
She looked very annoyed when I told her that I forgot to input my Dierbergs rewards number. No smiles……
Dierbergs at Clarkson and Baxter is the best! Everyone is friendly and helpful.

One checker working, all the do it your self spots were full. People who come to Dierbergs do so for two reasons, 1) great selection and 2) great service. These two reasons are worth the higher prices. Why would I pay more for this kind of service?

Been coming here for years and I love the selection and the friendly staff. I just wish they had cashiers in the morning because I hate having to use self checkout when I have a cart full of groceries.

Store is well maintained, feels like a small town store in a big city. You can easily find what you are looking for.

Watch your receipts at this location. Twice at this Creve Coeur location I’ve had items around $9 scanned twice on two separate occasions. I’ve been charged incorrectly at other grocery stores of various companies but never double charged. Be careful. Overall, product at the store is good, but prices are exorbitant on many items.

Small bakery, limited selection of cheeses and those available are grossly overpriced. Limited selection of products in general. I was surprised by these deficiencies.

Wednesday morning I walked into Dierbergs at 6: 40 am. I went to the bakery and looked for someone to help me. Saw a woman in the back and called for her but she did not respond. (she looked right at me)
I left and searched for another employee that may help me. I could not find anyone! I went up to the cash register’s and there was no one in site. Not at the registers, no one at the self checkout. No one at the customer service area. I SAW NO ONE AT THE STORE I COULD ASK A QUESTION! I walked the entire store. Honestly, anyone could have walked out with anything they wanted, especially in the front of the store. It was a ghost town and very very disappointing. I went there before work for something special and DIERBERGS COUKD NOT Customer service does not exist. Because there was no one to help, I called the store and talked to the manager. Of course he was shocked and sorry. I guess if you want to go shopping for free, go at 6: 45-7: 05 in the AM!

I live very close to this Dierbergs in Creve Coeur. And I am completely befuddled and outraged that for some reason their prices have gone up by at least 30% in just a weekend

Love my neighborhood Diebergs. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The deli staff are patient and helpful along with cashiers, department managers and the whole team! Always smiling and friendly.

Customer service is great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I thank the manager at Creve Coeur for his help.

Lady at the deli was really rude. Took her 10 minutes to get to the deli case, no other workers were there.

Definitely not what they used to be. In general, I shop all Dierbergs less and less. Imo the son needs to bring the parents out of retirement to fix what he broke.
