Y'all are out of the bakery cookies. Butter cookies 12ct.please bake some the only other place that bakes them is Randall's in TEXAS
They take great care, especially at the Deli with my Mother in Law's very specific wants! Items are always in stock, unlike Schnucks in Twin Oaks!
Lady working behind the deli counter chews gum every shift while handling food and cutting meat. This is disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable.
I have addressed this issue with 3 different managers, and nothing has changed. I then emailed the store, and still complete disregard.
I will not be back.
I went there for a pie for an I'll friend to try to get him to just eat something. They have Tippins pies which are very delicious but only had the reduced sugar French Silk at the time. It was later in the day so they might have just sold out of the regular by that time. My buddy was able to find a regular one at the Dierbergs on Olive about an hour later. The store was nice and clean and also well organized. I didn't see any staff for the bakery to check if there might be any more but I understand it's hard to find employees these days since Covid.
Charlie in seafood is the man you've been searching for! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and colloquial, but he went the extra mile at every opportunity, even breading and organizing cod loins for me. Charlie, if you're reading this, the fish tacos were a huge hit thanks to your help!
I get lunch meat here all the time, and I like my deli meat thin but not shaved, and the deli clerks always are willing to work with me until it's perfect for me. No other deirbergs I've been to gas been willing to do this.
