Digital Doc’s staff (Paine & Adam) were excellent in helping me with cybersecurity. They helped me implement the setup desired and constantly kept in touch throughout the process, always helpful and answering my questions. When picking up the computer, Paine walked me through the new programming and even assisted with a VPN. I feel blessed to have found Digital Doc and will continue to use them in the future. I find these guys to be totally honest, highly skilled, and very useful when something electrical or electronic is not working right.

My cell phone just quit one morning. Couldn’t get it to turn on even after charging. After trying 3 different AT&T stores with no success, luckily my neighbor referred me to Digital Doc. Called and was told no appointment necessary. Adam got my phone working again while I waited. I was so relieved when all my pictures and other info were still there. It was definitely worth the drive from Lake St Louis.

I was completely satisfied with every part of my experience with Digital Doc. They knew what they were doing. The service was excellent and timely. Besides addressing my problems they took CARE of my computer's needs. (Cleaning, tuning) And the price was good. They also talked to me about what I really needed without trying to sell me what I didn't. (Saving me at least $80 per year ongoing.) I whole hardily recommend them.

I got perfect, efficient service. They replaced my iPad battery at the expected price. I was up and running quickly. Payne explained everything to me clearly. I don’t have to get a new iPad! I’ll go for security updates next.
