Dillard's, Columbia MO

Good selection of shoes and clinique products. Disappointed they were out of the one product I wanted, BB gel

For Valentine's Day, my girlfriend and I went shopping at Dillard's The associates were all happy and eager to help us find what we wanted. They were also very knowledgeable about the products Dillard's sells. My girlfriend even had her makeup done by one of the young ladies at no cost. The store itself is well stocked, prices are reasonable, and it is very clean. It was nice to shop a real department store instead of a big box discount store We will certainly be returning soon!

The whole store is in need of a facelift. The counters are the same ones they started with 25+ years ago. I am kind of surprised they are adding another store in the same mall. My understanding is this one will be women's while the other one will be men's, children's and household. I hope that works. As a parent I can say.if I go to purchase something for myself I end up walking out with purchases for everyone else but me. Maybe this store would help stop that order Maybe I will look at it as a place of frustration and only enter for Clinique. We will see.

Store was messy (I was in the dress section) but the customer service was great. Bought my graduation dress here at a reasonable price.

Cashier gave great service had a smile on her face, multitask, her opinion on the way I looked was inspiring don't remember her name but she had red hair col.mo Dillard I disagree I think it should be more 5 stars

Had to go the the Estee Lauder counter to purchase a Christmas present. The young lady working was very helpful. She showed me items I could get discounts on. Also, showed me combinations so I could get a free gift! Merry Christmas!

I like Dillards as an all around department store. They tend to have some pretty good sales during the holiday season. My sales Associate didn't seem very enthusiastic but that doesn't take away from a good shopping experience.

Love Dillards, but they discontinued a perfume lancome Tresor La Nuit. That is why I was there. Last time I bought the large bottle. Spent a over $100.00. I guess I will go elsewhere for the perfume.

The clerk's are helpful and let me do as I needed to do choosing my mother's selections.which were wonderful.

This store is a great store for anyone who wants to get things made by famous designers. One nice thing I noticed from the start was that many of the employees were polite and willing to help me in any way they can. The store never feels too crowded and the atmosphere feels peaceful. They also allow you to try out some of their designer colognes by spraying some it on a thin strip for you to smell which is great for making sure you get the cologne perfect for you. My only complaint is that when I was about to buy a g shock their and asked for a manual, they told me to look online which may not sound too bad, but that shows that they are not organized very well which is very unprofessional for a store like Dillard's. Overall this place is a great place to buy designer items, but just make sure they have everything that is supposed to be included with the product.

This Dillards was just as nice as the one where I live, Columbia SC. The Clinique representative was very knowledgeable as well as the Estee Lauder
representative. They got my facial needs in track!

I always buy my Este Lauder makeup at Dillard's. One bottle lasts me a whole year! Well worth the price.

Lousy lousy service-will not go back! I was trying to buy some new brassieres for my granddaughter and me. There was a woman ahead of us, so we waited. I found two athletic bras for my granddaughter and helped her be sure of the fitting. The salesperson, who assured us she was a certified bra fitter, measured above her breasts by way of under her armpits. The salesperson's "boss" was not at work that day, so the department was understaffed. I told the sales person I would pay for all the bras for both of us at the same time. She I sister I pay for my granddaughter's immediately because she was wearing one of them. Okay, so I paid. She then asked me to wait, again (!), and proceeded to wait on a woman who had come in after us. I waited longer and finally gave up. I de riced she had no intension of waiting on me. I left and drove to Ann's Bra Shop in Wentzville, where they KNOW how to fit bras, and did so with GREAT service and accuracy! We each bought a swimsuit and two bras that fit comfortably and enhance our figures.

There was a lady and she worked there. She was being very rude. Like lady, we aren’t 5, we can use are hands. She said that we couldn’t spray or test out perfume and said that she would do it her self. Also one day we had found poop in a bathing suite, but back to the lady. I think she was stupid and didn’t know the difference between a child and a teenager. She should get fired! But the products were great and all we were trying to do was test products and look for my grandmothers scent.

Went to Dillard’s to buy some shoes. I had clean feet with trimmed nails. I bought some dress shoes that Had an open toe. Twice the salesman told me that all I needed to do was paint my nails and I would be good to go. I don’t think he should comment on that when selling shoes.

More expensive, stylish clothing store. I like it because they have all of the different makeup brands, like Estee Lauder.

Went to the mens department to pick out a formal shirt for a funeral. The gentleman worker there took measurements, suggested brands based on size, helped with colors/patterns. He was fantastic

We got rained inside so we looked around and I found great deals. They also have brands of shoes you can't find anyplace else. Its a stop I make every time I visit my daughter. Love Dillards!

I had a shoe issue at no fault to them, they took care of it graciously. Always happy with their service!

Honestly the one of the best stores in the Columbia Mall. Great selection of shoes, purses and accessories. Employees are helpful and are knowledgeable on what products they have. Clothing is a bit different depending on what location you are in, here in Columbia our demographics do not receive the same styles as other locations. Still a great place to shop.
