15The store was alright and the employees were very nice. I am still waiting for a sale on their selection of dinner plates, hopefully there will be one soon. It can be a little busy on the weekends at times. Also they have a decent selection of luggage cases and bags.
I had a Nygard top I was trying to return with receipt and tags still attached but it had been purchased right before Covid hit. I had come a couple of days before but it was close to closing and the pop label was showing not found. I didn't want the sales clerk to have to deal with that at closing so I just said I would come back she couldn't figure out what the problem was. When I returned a different sales clerk scanned it and determined that the reason the pop label wasn't being recognized was because it was over 90 days old and they age out of the system. I said well covid happened and they had been closed. I wasn't expecting a refund but surely a store credit. She proceeded to tell me that because of that it wasn't eligible for return and that they have been open. At that point I was real through with her so I told her that's okay I know what to do with it, customer service will take care of me, since I wasn't getting very much customer service from her. She probably should have been the one to suggest that. So I took my top went over to customer service and they gave me a gift card. Some people just need to think a little bit out of the box. She was one of them.
Maybe it was because they were just opening up for covid but there were NOT many to help or service the customer
I love this store, it's one of my favorite places to shop. The clerks are exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
I literally waited a half hour to return something because no one was behind the counter. Once she finally got there she metaphorically stuck her nose in the air. No customer service what so ever. And everything is SO over priced.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Thanks Ladies! Great prom dresses too!
I had an amazing experience. Walked up to the counter, handed the woman a purse I needed to return. She scanned the tag, said $ amount will go back on your Visa and that was it! Took like 30 seconds. Returns are getting easier everywhere but usually you at least have to hand them your CC.
Merchandise is always scarce whenever im particularly looking for smthn. Employees not very greeting but they watch you like hawks.lol store is clean
Returned incorret size Xmas gift - coat. Friendly associate helped select correct size. Gold Star for efficient, compitent service.
The Dillard's at South County Mall has fabulous customer service in the high-end leather purse department. My sales lady Romina was friendly, courteous & very efficient. I love shopping at Dillard's. I always find exactly what I'm there for.
They are so prejudice and treat African-Americans like we don't have any money and we're going to steal they had the police waiting at the door and in the shopping area that I was in watching me the whole time I was looking for certain kinds of jumpsuit I heard my description over the police radio just because I was trying on jumpsuits and I do not like that at all that is discrimination and I will not be spending my money with Dillard's anymore
I ordered online and then I received an email that my order was available for pickup. Easy and convenient.
Could use a remodel.it looks the same as when I was a teenager.must not have updated in at least 15+/- years
Shopping with the grandkids! Found bargains & some gifts. Have always loved this store but in recent years clerk's seem "pushy", over eager. Must be commission.
