Dillard's Clearance Center, Jefferson City MO

My boyfriend and I came in to look around, we went to the men’s section. While we were looking at the suits a worker walked up and said “that is all slim suits on those racks”. My boyfriend just laughed off what she said but I did not find it funny. He is not a big man for one. An EMPLOYEE said this. I will not be returning.

This is their clearance/ outlet store. We were there right after new years so much of the merchandise was glittery wear which did not interest me. Thus my rating in this instance. This was my first time here. I will be back to give the place a fair chance.

I assumed it would be partially empty racks with random items that didn’t originally sell or nobody wanted like some outlets. Made the drive from St. Louis and I was completely wrong. This outlet was fully stocked on both occasions. Found some pretty fantastic and a few unbelievable deals for everyone in the family. Will definitely return for a 3rd trip soon with relatives from out of town who are dying to go!

Just like every other store since covid no time for shopping if you work full-time since they close at 7pm. All the dressing rooms are closed except in one department.

Worth the 45minute drive. 1000 of pairs of women's dress shoes for $7.99- unlimited clearance racks of clothes from all seasons, all ages, $2.99- under $20 in my experience.
Spent $300+ got my teenage son atleast 15 fall outfits, 4 pairs of shoes for my teen girls, several outfits for my nieces and nephew and a few odds and ends pieces for others. It won't disappoint. Guaranteed.

If you wear a common size you won’t find much here, in my experience. Prices were fairly decent.

Staff was friendly, and tried to help us out with picking a dress for my sister despite not having actual sales people. Store was fairly clean and tidy, but most entrances are locked, including the one in the adjoining mall.

This is a very good store with big discounts! High-quality and beautiful things, a large selection of things, shoes and bags. You can find something for the house. The most interesting thing is that sometimes there are discounts when things are for $1 or $5.

I was pretty impressed with the prices, it was worth the shopping experience, which is kind of a pain, because there are no straight paths in this store, and they have it closed down to a single entrance to the store, and the area I needed was the farthest section from the entrance, with no power carts for those handicapped like I happen to be. That was unpleasant, to say the least. Their carts also require a tall person to stoop to carry them, so I made it halfway back to the entry, and had to stop and take a rest break.

But, I added a significant amount of nice clothing to my wardrobe at excellent prices, so the visit was worthwhile.

After searching for a long time through a poorly organized formal section to find the correct size, I tried on a formal gown and stepped out of the fitting room area to show it to my mom. I was in my stocking feet and obviously not leaving the store. A store employee (young man) told me to stay close to my fitting room while wearing THEIR clothes as if I planned to steal it. The fitting room employees checked carefully to insure I returned everything I took into the fitting room, which I usually approve of, but in this case seemed snarky. Obviously it remained THEIR gown after this treatment. I had a similar experience at Dillard's 30 years ago and still don't shop there often for this reason. Obviously, it was a mistake to return.

Omg the deals a great. Spending 100s for half. Went bought 700. And coste 120. What a deal.

Avoid at all cost. No longer part of the mall. They "closed the mall entrance to seperate themselves"

Like most stores it has its positives snd negatives. You definitely want to try each piece on before buying it. Most clearance stores dont allow returns. Not impressed with shoe dept, the selection of shoes. A little leopard print goes a long way. I like to browse, will often look at same thing before I decide to try it on, so best advice to staff-you can patrol while still being helpful. Learn what the indicators are for potential thieves, being able to distinguish between an honest shopper and one who is not can save future business. ;) Also, checkout takes too long so if there is s line, get up ftom the desk and come down to help out. Well, thats my critique. Overall, good store to get a bargain, sometimes more so, sometimes not.

They do have only 1door open and you can't enter through the Mall door.no much for boys.

Rude staff- not once but twice. Fitting room and then the check out. It wasn’t busy or anything. (Shrug)

Wish we had these in the West. Great prices on quality clothing. Told us to watch for their sales.additional 45 percent off the already 65 percent.usually around holidays such as the 4th of July.
