16This is being remodeled so the dinner bell restaurant is closed, but the gas station and bathrooms are available.
I was looking forward to a good dinner but when I got there i found that the Café was under construction. Temporarily closed. Store is open.
Liar! See pics attached
The diet special. You park in the back, walk up to the front, don't have anything to eat, and presto! You're still on your diet.
Oh well. I was going to order something my doctor wouldn't approve of anyway.
Always loved this place.home cooked food and great service.can't wait to see the new remodel
Closed for remodel. It would be nice if they had a sign somewhere on the interstate to alert drivers. Not much space for parking with them tearing the pumps out either.
I had food from the breakfast menu and was very satisfied. It's a typical diner with truck parking but the wait staff was friendly and attentive.
Not the greatest place to eat. Food is too expensive and not good. The service was great though!
Truck Pumps are currently being replaced but the store, car pumps and restaurant are open. Friendly service and very good food. Restaurant is very dated and needs some TLC. There should never be tape on the booths, stools, or chairs. Tables also need to be checked for wobbling. Truck parking area also needs some attention.
This place is going to become a TA Travel Center from what I read posted on their doors. I hope they don't let them take out the diner. It was the biggest plate anyone has ever put before me. I felt like the overly hungry Joey Tribbiani from "Friends". The way he said "You are about to see something special “ before he dug into a huge amount of food kept playing through my head. I finished it all, but barely. Please don't let the TA get rid of these workers/diner, and replace it with a terrible fast food joint.
The food was great! But, the service and wait was in the top 5 worst restaurants I've ever been to. Sadly, there are very limited options in this town when passing thru.
I would give service and wait time a 0/5 and food taste 5/5. They were not busy when we went and may tables sat dirty. This could have been an excellent stop in that my family and I would be revisiting, but it is sadly a regret. If we could do it over, I would have gotten food at the Loves Gas station.
It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the food and service on the inside are what counts. Huge portions. Beware, though, that inflation is hitting everyone hard. We'll be back for sure, next time passing this way.
This is an old school diner at an old school truck stop. The people are nice, and the food is home style cooking. Burgers, meatloaf, pulled pork, and more for lunch and dinner. Huge pancakes, and hearty man breakfasts served here.
Thank you Dinner Bell staff for keeping your business open thru the tough times. Us truckers need a good hot meal to keep us going.
The food was good, but we waited an hour to get it. For some reason our order was not turned in to the kitchen.
Service was prompt but the food was slow, and they weren’t busy. The hash browns were fairly dry and barely warm. The rest was passable. Good coffee.
Christy did a really good job. Very prompt on service and kept coffee cups full. Food was really good
First time here and they did not disappoint. Biscuits and gravy were perfect. Husband (truck driver) got the Colossal Scramble with tortilla shells and could not even finish half. You may need a nap after. Thank you so much for the delicious meal chief and great service Renna!
