This Attorney Spencer was extremely scetchy to me. Also did not get back to me with time sensitive information and lied to me. Even after I made many attempts to reach out
through calls and text. I will be reporting to OCDC

My husband had received essentially no communication in any way, shape, or form for several months expect for a few times at the beginning of his case. Extremely unprofessional law firm and they don't give updates whatsoever or do anything for that matter in a professional manner. Useless and a waste of time. Email gets you nowhere. Calling doesn't. Nothing. They will let you suffer for months and ignore but keep wasting your time with equally useless medical appointments.
My husband then finally received a certified mail letter from this law firm, that dismissed and closed his case with absolutely no reason why or any hint of an apology. No phone calls telling him about being dismissed. No nothing. Just constant ignoring only to be given a letter telling him to screw himself essentially. What a slap in the face.

Worst firm ever and I'll be sending everyone I know to anywhere else but this hot garbage so called law firm. Truly disgusted with everything about this place. I'll be sure to review this awful place anywhere I can so that people know the truth of how things are run here. Thank you.

What could have been a terrible and stressful situation while dealing with a personal injury and the insurance companies went very smoothly and quickly. My attorney Mr. Tuck and the other staff I had dealings with were always very friendly and professional and quick to answer any questions I had about the process. Julian Bailey was very eager to help me. I didn't really think that he was going to be able to help me at all. But he and Melissa (paralegal) got down to business and were able to get me a very reasonable settlement in a short amount of time. Julian suggested a counter offer that they accepted. Hopefully I won't need an attorney again but if I do I will certainly call a different one. While "No case is too small" might be technically true it doesn't mean they will put any effort into it. I called and talked to someone I assume was a legal aide until she stopped returning my calls. The first time I spoke to an attorney was after he filed everything with the other insurance company. There was no interest in any details of the accident, my inability to do my job or anything else.
While he was pleasant on the two phone conversations I had with him, he was also uninterested in any specific details.
Since they got more out of it than I did, with minimal effort, it seemed more like an assembly line of paperwork.

An attorney came to my home in 2018, To take about Nursing Home abuse. My Dad passed away because of the abuse, It’s almost the end of 2021. I done left messages for some one to call me Back! Not One attorney has reached out to me. Sad! Very Sad!

My attorney Matt Sain at DiPasquale Moore was super knowledgeable and patient. He was always willing to answer my questions and could put me at ease when I wasn’t sure what the best plan to take was. I hope I never have a situation involving personal injury again but if I do then I will definitely be using this form again!

I slipped on some ice in February of 2021 in my apartment complex. I called them and 2 lawyers came to my house. I was making $21 an hour and couldn’t work because my job requires me to walk. I complained to them that I didn’t think they treated my case as a priority because it wasn’t a car accident. That’s guaranteed money they don’t have to work for. I got a call this morning 7 months later from my attorney Allison Carr and she said the law firm isn’t responding to the demand letter they sent and they would not be representing me because they would have to file a lawsuit. She had the nerve to tell me it did not snow in the month of February 2021. Which is a lie. She said she looked it up. I looked it up it snowed 2 days before I fell and the night I fell it was 7 degrees. They don’t want to do any real lawyer work and go to court. The advertisement is a lie. They will not fight for you. They are only negotiators. I they never treated my cousin like my cousins I went to my own doctor. Their main concern is car accidents so if you have any personal injuries from a slip and fall this is not the law firm. Now I have to get me a real attorney whom is used to fighting real cases in court. Just so disappointed. It’s been 7 months and my leg still hurts. I’m 51 years ol and have never broken anything but my thumb when I was 9.

From the day one of working with Dave, he made sure that I was well taken care of! He always made sure to be up front with me about what could happen with my case and how long the process could take. I appreciate that he always made sure that I knew step by step what was happening with my case and was always very good about answering my emails and phone calls as quick as possible. Very upfront about payments and fees before we got started. I thought this would take several years, but they were so fast with my settlement. I'm sure COVID slowed things down, but I never felt that. Everyone was great with communications and getting back to me.
