Discount Tire, Independence MO

Made an appointment to purchase/install 4 new tires at 8: 30 in the morning. Showed up at 8: 25 and took my time grocery shopping at store in the same parking lot. I get back at about 9: 07 and they are JUST NOW pulling my car into one of the many bays for service. Sooooo I get to sit around for another half hour or more waiting with my groceries. How in the hell can you possibly be running that far behind so early in the morning? I guess they just let a bunch of walk-ins get serviced before me, which makes me wonder why I made an appointment in the first place. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Found out my flat tire w/ a chunk out it was free! Apparently, I did get the $26 hazardous protection! Happy camper indeed!

First time there. At first was slow to get waited on then as they started to get to use they took care of four of use pretty quickly I bought a tire and was in an out about 15mn. I be back good service for sure an curtious as well. Back ordered couple tires, should be here tomorrow. Service was spot on.

Went in today on a Saturday because my rear passenger tire wasn’t holding air. They were super busy, understandably for a weekend. When I went back about an hour later to pick up my Jeep, they said it was an easy patch and charged me nothing at all. These guys will have 100% of my business from here on! So kind, friendly, and did not rip off a female who (admittedly) knows nothing about tires or vehicles in general.

I was a walk in customer first thing in the morning. I needed 4 brand new tires. The gentlemen helping were kind, courteous, and not condescending. Service was completed quickly and ahead of expected time. The warranty on the tires is worth the visit alone. I would recommend this establishment and will continue my business with them.

Have recommended this place before. Have bought from them twice. They offer tire pressure checks even have a drive up lane for it. Waited 10 mins then called the store. They were too busy and I would have to wait another 10 to 15 mins. I consider that bad customer service!

What can I say about this company that everyone already knows. It a great business with great employees. I recommend them to everybody I know.

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free and even saw my wipers were bad and offered to fix those for $12. Love going here! Will keep coming back for tire needs

In and out in less than an hour for new tires! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and a great price!

I tell everyone to go to Discount Tire. They do tires, that's it. Go to the big box stores where you can shop for diapers while you wait for hours to buy two tires. Or you go to these experts, get done in half the time for exactly what they said it would cost, and if you have an issue later (hole, wobble) they will gladly help you out and usually always free for quick repairs.

I own several bissness in independnce area i ussaully use other small companies but decided to try this chain bad mistake walked him out to my company van told them exactly what i wanted my spare put back under van and new tires showed him the new wheel in the front seat to go on van waited 2 and a half hours and they never took wheel out of van also told them i needed a tpsm sensor for new wheel was told i was charged for it with tires found out i wasnt charged me again tried the wheel on van ended up the dealer gave me wrong wheel when i told them to just put wheel in van and others back on they did but did not refund for sensor when we called back about 20 minutes later and asked were sensor was sence not in wheel they said it must of fell out good luck when i asked for distric manger number was told to find it on line

They put the wrong tire on my car after I told them which side exactly to put it on, they left me driving home on a bald tire I had to call back and waste more time and come back, ontop of that why did they try and steal my tire that had perfect tread and leave me driving home on a bald tire, really makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

In and out for tire rotation and balancing.and repair on a tire with a nail.whew all done!
