This was hands down one of the best dental consultantations I ever had. Dr. B was wonderful kind, patient & very calming. Despite my own experience working in dentistry I have great anxiety when drilling is needed. They offered to do my replacement cap on the spot. Also they offer nitrous. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for kind dentist concerned with your comfort.

I first visited DDS August 2021. Dr. B is so friendly and helpful.
This June I suddenly started having extreme tooth sensitivity. Dr. B was confident that fluoride trays would immediately solve the pain, but they did not.
It was very kind of him to send me 2 trays to use if I felt the need. I didn't use them. Instead, I visited the office numerous times. I purchased a prescription toothpaste and used twice daily.
Concurrent with the sensitivity, I decided to have gold crowns put on my crumbling back lower molars.
The old crowns had come off in pieces long ago.
It took 3 weeks for the gold crowns to be made and arrive.
The temporary crowns fell out the day before, causing excruciating pain.
I've been nervous about the new crowns falling out too, but so far they're still there.
This week, I visited a 2nd Opinion Dentist.
She said things look good, that I've taken good care of my teeth.
We don't know what to make of the sudden extreme sensitivity, which has been going on 4 months now.
I purchased yet another prescription toothpaste from them.
I want to assure anyone reading this that EVERYONE at DDS was extremely enthusiastic and friendly, very helpful.
I'm sure, even though I've visited their office 8 times in a 4 month period, that I'll return.
Dr. B is still very young, and I'm sure with time, he'll discover more causes of tooth twinges and pain.
I was always concerned that they were always short-staffed. Could just be a sign of the times.

Dr. Bruckner was the most kind, compassionate & caring dentist I've ever seen. For me, the world's biggest chicken, THAT is a lot! He & the dental hygienist made me feel totally comfortable! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!

They were all so calm and patient. They relieved my fears and answered my questions. I appreciate that Dr. B took the time to explain the issue to me and pulled up images on the computer to help me understand.

I have been to this dental office 2 times so far, and it is so much better than my previous. The hygienists are very nice and make me feel good about my teeth, as well as the dentist. I feel relaxed and taken care of when I am here.

The staff at Distinctive Dental Solutions- Dr. Michael Littell, Becky, Maddie, Rebecca, Laiken, Cecila - “CC” and Paula (from another office) - were very professional, kind, and patient.
They took the time to explain everything in great detail, and I felt that they really cared about my dental health. Thanks to a great team there!

Super nice atmosphere and the friendliness of the assistants and dentist I had made it really comfortable.before doing anything they made sure I understood what was going on and ready before they started on anything.they done a really great job on my tooth and just the chemistry between my dentist and his staff makes the situation better to me, everyone there is super polite and awesome and will for sure be going back in the future

This was my first visit to Distinctive. Cecilia, the hygienist, and her assistant were both extremely friendly. Cecilia was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to my teeth to keep them in the best shape possible. Dr. Little was very personable and I left feeling very encouraged that I had found a new dentist who would be able to help me improve my smile and can take care of some things that need to be done to my teeth in an effort to prevent further damage.

I had the BEST experience here! Dr. B, Cecelia and my assistant were so nice! They were very helpful and made me feel welcomed. It is very clean and welcoming inside. They make sure you are comfortable and they explain things in detail and answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

Love Dr. Little and all the staff here! Nothing but great experiences, especially coming from point before where I felt very embarrassed about my teeth. I know there's alot of dental office options in town, but I definitely recommend this one.

I was a work in appointment I did not realize that when I went in. Once I saw the doctor he explained everything in simple straightforward English he gave me options and let me choose what I wanted to do I highly recommend them

(I don’t write reviews… here’s the exception)

I’ve been a patient here for 5+ years. The best way to describe this place is an unorganized money grab. If you’re a fan of hurry up and wait, you have two options in life: join the military or schedule an appointment at this office. In fact, if you need dental treatment you might as well commit 4 years to the military and get it done during basic training as this will save you much more time and headache then coming here.

Scheduling an appointment at this place requires you to be persistent as most phone calls/voicemails get ignored and their schedule is typically backed up 4-6 months. That is unless you’re having a dental emergency, and even then, it’s hurry up and wait. If you’re able to talk to a receptionist between the hours of 10-2 (as this seems to be their lunch hours) you might as well go buy a lottery ticket as you’ve obviously stumbled upon good fortune. You’d also consider yourself lucky to catch even a hint of the dentist’s coffee breath before he’s already out of the room trying to bill you or have techs sell you on unnecessary products/procedures at the front desk.

Though I have several stories of the gross incompetence in office management at this place (especially in the last 2 years) the straw that broke the camels back happened recently. Two weeks ago I went in for a “Invisalign Consultation” that ended up turning into a 2 hour wait where assistants kept coming and going, checking in on me every 5 minutes telling me the dentist would be in shortly. All this to say at the end of these 2 hours they had to reschedule me for two weeks out because “the dentist didn’t have time to answer questions” that day. Cool, fine. It happens. People get busy, things happen. Two weeks go by and I go in for the follow up where I can finally talk treatment plan, pricing, and ask my questions. Similarly I showed up early, waited in the lobby for 40 minutes and finally got taken to the back where the tech began the Invisalign procedure. I had to question what she was doing as I hadn’t even gotten to see the dentist in two visits, let alone discuss a treatment plan? After another 20 minutes of coming and going telling me the dentist would be right with me, I decided to leave as I didn’t want to turn this into another 2 hour visit. One time I believe I heard them referring to their clients as patients, but now I realize they were describing the personal level of gumption one needs to get treatment at this business. The level of gross unprofessionalism displayed in their inability to stick to punctuality, organize their office, communicate amongst staff, return phone calls, and the overall eagerness to take one’s money even though treatment hasn’t been discussed ultimately has pushed me into looking for other dentists in Springfield. Though they have good intentions, their level of professionalism in running a business will leave you frustrated and wanting. As a patient of 5+ years, heed warning and stay away from this place. They incentivize people to leave 5-star reviews.

Everyone is so kind. First dental appointment of my life where I wasn't in pain the entire time. Very attentive and wonderful people. I'm no longer scared of going.

Dr. B is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed without rushing you. I would recommend him to anyone.

Really great dentist and staff. They took care of problems caused by a former dentist and did a terrific job. Friendly and I believe they care about their patients.

I had an abscess for a week along with swelling of cheek and part of lower lip. I called on July 01 and they were able to fit me in between patients that day. The staff and Dr Littell are amazing! If it wasn't for them, I would still be in pain and probably would have went to emergency room over the holiday weekend because how bad my abscess was. I'm so thankful for them! I would definitely recommend.

***Undated 1 star review after owner reached out HERE not directly.

I have been here several times in the years past; this morning a little after 8 am I left them a voicemail about needing help, needed to see someone today, was having issues but nobody called me back.

Never heard from anyone about fixing this situation, only to schedule appointment in the future. This company does not really care in my opinion because ONCE AGAIN the owner staffed out fixing this issue instead of doing it himself, he depended on the very people who created the problem to fix it and the proof is simple, NONE of his staff cares.
