Ditzfeld Container & Trash Service, Sedalia MO

I have used this company for trash pickup 2 different times of my life, both at 2 different addresses. Both times the experience was absolutely horrible. On the 1st time to use their service, literally almost Half the time they would not pick up the trash you would have to call them and even at that they still didn't come back and get it half the time. The 2nd time I use their service at a different address it was even worse, they would routinely not pick up my trash I would have to call them to actually tell them to do their job which picking up trash is all they do. It would take them half a week just to come back and get it. That happened a few times but the final straw was, they went 3 weeks straight not picking up my trash and then when I would call them they could not explain anything there was no apology and they never did come back to get it. So after almost a month of paying for trash pickup and not getting it I canceled. Unprofessional and very poor quality.

Not only do they work like clockwork, they also make it out for extra pick-ups of my dumpster generally the day after I call & request an additional pickup. Always professional & friendly when I call.

The absolute worst disrespectful every time we called about our trash never being picked up and over charged multiple times with no answer to why and when we brought it up they took there dumpster with out re fund they were supposed to be providing a service. That was not fulfilled. Dumpster represented there character well

Need more trucks for pickups. Wasted whole day not able to get dumpster emptied.
