Had to come in last min for a tire repair so I could get to work, super friendly and accommodating, I'm very thankful for them today!

Got me in not only on the same day I called but within about 2 hours. Also started working on my car before my appointment time. They got stuff done properly and didn’t try to oversell anything, just what was needed. I had a flat and was still able to make it to work for the second half of the day. Their work and professionalism was much appreciated.

Fantastic service.fast and friendly. The manager Nathan was very knowledgeable and attentive. I asked to use the bathroom on my visit and he made sure there was ample toilet paper and towels stocked prior to me going in

Great customer service and a nice little waiting area. Sales people called and clarified additional needed fixes (new cabin filter).
I original came in because my Honda dealership said I needed new brakes and I needed an oil change. They checked and told me I have about 25k more miles left. They didn't charge me for the check because I spent roughly $120 on an oil change, new cabin air filter, and rotating my non - Dobbs tires.
I would highly recommend this Dobbs!

Went in for a simple tire patch for a flat tire and ended up leaving over 2 hours later and paid them nearly $400 for things I probably did not need nor did I ask them to check for. I was then late for work. Will never go back, even for the warranty on the over-priced battery I “needed”. Will not go back ever.

The guy that does front counter, I think he’s the store manager. Is a real a hole. The way he speaks to people is degrading and abusive. I hate to see how he treats the employees if he’s abusive to customers.

We have been getting our tires here for years. Great tires at a great price! They really do honor their warranties and are honest on if you need new tires or not.

Needed a last minute inspection and this location didn't give me the run around. The team is knowledgeable and more focussed on providing solutions you need than pressuring you into additional sales. 10/10 would recommend.

Had to visit for the first time a few months ago. Now went back for two other car services on our other car. Excellent service each time. Nathan store manager is a great representative for Dobbs. No pressure just the truth and the best price. We will continue to use this Dobbs. The service Mgr is another plus. They know their stuff and do quality work.
