Hey worked hard and were extremely transparent with me the entire way through. Sent me photos and videos throughout the entire process to show the the damages as well as the repairs.

The guys were awesome. I blew a tire and had to stop short of finding somewhere to go. I saw the Dobbs was close so I walked there and told them what happened. One of their employees walked back to my truck with me carrying a portable compressor and put enough air in my tire for me to get to the shop. They pulled me right in and I was out in less than an hour. Small gestures go a long way and these guys went out of their way when they didn't have to. Dobbs Tire and Auto was great when we had a wheel bearing go out while traveling cross country. We called when they opened - Mike and Corey were so nice, squeezed us in, made the diagnosis and called with an estimate within an hour. Then they replaced both hub assemblies, the calipers and the brakes and got us back on the road by early afternoon at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Dobbs Tire and Auto! I took my car to dobbs to get tires and an oil change. The guys at the counter were great! They helped me get in the best tires for my budget! And was in and out within no time at all! The showroom was presentable and so where all the employees! Definitely recommend going to dobbs! Great service!

From the very beginning, just calling to get information and inquiring about repairing my vehicle, this Dobbs location was very friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered about the process of drop off over the phone and when I did drop off after hours, it was easy and fast. I left my keys in a safe and secure Mailbox opening into their business. I had an oil change and brake work done. They called me before they began the work to discuss the price and worked hard to give me the best deal. When I asked about a coupon, they were able to find something for me which brought my bill down. I'm a happy camper and I will be using this Dobbs again in the future.

Was a absolutely impressed with the entire staff and how helpful everyone was. Even though the parking lot was jammed packed, and we had three kids in our car on a delayed road trip due to a flat tire they made this experience painless and pleasant.
