Excellent experience. I received great customer service from James and Brandon helping me out with getting new tires. They made it quick and easy. I’ll be using them again for any of my auto needs.

Dobbs Ellisville was able to get me right in after my battery needed a jump at the grocery store. I also was able to get a few other services and new tires. They truly are a full service shop and can save you money over dealer services. They also picked me up from home so I could pick up my car. So happy!

Every staff member I’ve met has been friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Brandon who eased my anxiety when I knew something was wrong with my Camry after I ran over a parking lot concrete barrier during a rain storm at night. He assured me that everything looked okay—except for the splash guard which was totally folded in half. The next day I was called so I could give permission to order parts. I was called again when the part arrived, and the service was completed as scheduled—on time and as estimated. Thank you

I have been a customer of Dobbs in Ellisville, MO since 2007. They have always been a great value and provide excellent customer service. But this week they went well above and beyond. I took my 2015 Jeep to them for a quote to repair an engine ticking noise. The service manager Gene advised me that of course Dobbs could do the repair, however given the low mileage and solid maintenance record of the vehicle that I should have my dealer take the issue up with Chrysler corporate. I had taken the vehicle to the dealer first. But they did not mention this possibility. With Gene’s advice I reapproached the dealer and then Chrysler corporate. Jeep stood by their vehicle as Gene suggested and corrected the issue, Saving me over $3000.00! THANKYOU to the Dobbs Ellisville team including Brittany for providing my service records. Well done! You continue to earn my business. True professionals.

Dobbs repaired the tire that was leaking air. I left the car with them early morning on a Saturday with no appointment and they were done before 2 pm

Popped a tire New Years Eve, and the staff at this location were so nice and so efficient. We were in and out in under 20 minutes and that was with only 2 technicians working! Great experience and wonderful service!
