Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Olivette

It's easy to go to since I live down the road. But I had multiple issues with the same part on my car, and oddly.it happened three different times, and it was a different issue every single time. So I had to pay it all out of pocket. Higher star rating since the staff is nice. I ended up going to someone else to get the issue resolved for good.

The Teeam at Dobbs worked with me to figure out and correct an issue that developed on my 2002 Surbaban after the service work completed in late 2021. Once they identified the issue, they corrected it so that the vehicle could pass the safety inspections. This was my Dad's vehicle and he always came to them for service and I will continue to do so for this vehicle and other vehicles I own.

The manager, Nick, worked me in despite being already booked, very friendly staff, especially Dan, my mechanic who didn’t mind my dog staying in the back seat while he worked. Car fixed nicely as well b

Pros. Customer service is always on point here, going out of their way several times to solve a problem. Nielsen especially is the friendliest employee and always upbeat. Prices for common maintenance are good and coupons are always available.
Cons. Fixes for more serious issues can be more expensive, if possible it is worth calling around a bit for quotes and they will match if same parts and labor. They are flexible which is nice, they have helped on bigger fixes in the past and I appreciate that.

They have been extremely helpful and understanding with me over the last few visits. They even reached out to me when I accidentally overpaid for something to refund my money.

Great people. Ethical and qualified. The wait was too long after my reservation time. I'll use them again.

This donna location has been my go to for a number of years and i am always beyond happy for the service! They are always honest with me and have always done whatever they could to provide me what i needed while trying to keep cost at what’s necessary.awesome staff as well and are always helpful!

The mechanics are always kind and explain things if you ask. Not open on Sundays but had a key drop off.

and my truck was ready at 925am, today 11/24/21 I would highly recommend this location and Brian is very knowledgeable of tires & maintenance on your vehicle. GIVE BRIAN AND HIS TEAM A RAISE!

On July 29th Bryan and the crew totally helped us out of a major jam. We we're getting ready to leave for my brothers memorial in Pennsylvania, we notice we had 2 tires with issues. They got us in even though they stayed late after closing. Life time Dobbs customers

I hit a pot hole and blew out two tires and cracked a rim and broke a strut. They were patient and worked with me to get the repairs done so I could start a new job. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for good repairs. True professionals

I had no appointment but I was still able to get my flat tire fixed fairly quickly, they were so professional and pleasant and very patient. I also love that they never try to sell me anything extra. I always love going to dobbs.

Always trust Dobbs. Professional, efficient and sincere. They’re polite and patient with me. As a foreigner, sometimes I don’t know the terms nor how to describe my concerns, the staff will say that for me, write my questions down and try solving them. I feel like that no matter what kind of worries I have about my car, if Dobbs tells me it’s fine, it’s fine.
Then my friend who lives 20 minutes away from here then drives to this Dobbs simply she trusts Dobbs too although we both admit that it’s a little bit pricy (of course another reason is that I live nearby so that I can pick her up lol). But, we pay what we get.
