Dollar General, St. Louis MO

The staff is unprofessional, the store seems to be low-stocked every time I go. I hate to inconvenience myself and go out of my neighborhood just for good service but unfortunately, that is what the world has come to. Please take pride in who you hire.

Just left here. The staff was very pleasant and super nice! "Sash" went above and beyond. I didn't see any shopping carts and she went and found me one! As I shopped throughout the store I can hear her greeting, checking out customers and helping in the isles! Mirror her if you can

Good sale, but rude customer service. Talking to co-worker with head turned while supposedly helping me. Cashier stating he does not usually work up front because the " people are crazy".

A worker was very patient and understanding. Made feel wanted and unjudged and free to shop as I please. And the arts and crafts section is banging.

Great customer service! All of the cashiers here are always curteous, professional, & always friendly. The only downside is they're frequently out of particular items. But maybe that's just a testament to the customer service bringing repeat customers back.

I like Dollar general they're good customer service is really well and the prices are pretty good that some of the stores are clean others give me such a headache

Had just what I needed service was great prices was a little high on some items otherwise good

I always come here, they got a great dollar section and they helped me decorate my cap for graduation with all of their decor selection.

I know that things are hard right now. You can't find anything in this store! I mean nothing that people are in need of now.

Horrible! This use to be my favorite store, the staff attitudes are disgusting and they very unprofessional! The store is constantly in a mess, never stocked anymore. It doesn't matter if it first thing in the morning opening up are in the evening! I missed the old crew especially Shemika she was always pleasant even went out of her way to ask how you were doing, she was just kind professional always. Sad to say the store is just as bad as Family Dollar now actually maybe even worse!

Most of the items are out of stock. And the store a little disorganized, don’t look like enough help to up keep the store or help the customers

The employees were nice enough the store was average nothing too memorable about my visit here but nothing to hold against it to say I wouldn't go back either

All im going to say is they need to close this store down or get a whole new staff. All the workers are weed heads. The manager are rude as hell and the shelfs stay empty

This store is the worst Management always have an attitude and the workers are entirely to younge the Manager of the store leaves the younge ladies there all night w/o security. The lines are long as hell. They had a young lady finding for herself while the other two was in the back of the store chatting. I also have a video of the workers going out to there car getting high. They never answer the ohones and corporate can never be reached
