Dollar General reviews
17Shelves and freezer always empty, can't hardly walk down the isles for the boxes, never get through on phone, busy signal from morning till closing.
I would go in this store pretty much almost everyday during the week before work to get lunch for work, I would have my work shirt on with my name and place of work, I always wear a face mask and a beanie, well today I was shopping and a fat white lady (Karen) who works there obviously felt threatened and basically let me know she felt uncomfortable, actually it was 2 of them who approached me, and asked to see more of my face and wanted me to pull my mask down so she could see more of my face, I told them I come in here regularly, but I put my basket back were I got it full of stuff I was going to buy and left, I’m never going back there to that location, and the clothes they wore looked dirty and hungry and they probably work there to support meth habit. Since we into regular customer appearances. No stars I only picked 1 so I could post, no way to treat regular loyal customer in Benton mo (October 5th 2022 3: 40pm.was when this happened, don’t go there if you are a black male.
It's the only place for general goods in Benton worth visiting.
Unfortunately narrow aisles, lack of stock and the lack of a Self-Check-Out kiosk make it a painful trip at times.
They were closed for unforseen circu.stances.a truck had come in and I watched 10 vehicles pull up and leave before I left.
Ask where to find item.was told exactly where.clerks very knowledgeable where products are located
LOVE THIS STORE. CLOSE 2 WHERE I LIVE. ALL MY FAVORITE THINGS R AFFORDABLE & MOST USUALLY N STOCK. GREAT SERVICE
Can’t move down the isle due to stocking carts being left around, nothing is ever stocked, you can stand at the register for 20 minutes and not see one employee, and when you do see employees they are very rude. Card readers have been down for about a week and it doesn’t look like they are gonna get them fixed anytime soon. It is honestly worth making the drive to Sikeston or Cape to Wal-Mart to avoid this store.
It's always a mess cant go thru some of the store due to its junked up with stuff that the staff is to be taken care of and the staff isnt very customer friendly
You can never get through the store. There is always freight carts sitting all over the floor and no employees working on them. Today it looked like their clothing section exploded. Its just awful and the employees are RUDE.
I like going to Dollar General to pick up some things I need & don't want to go to Wal-Mart. It's close to home & you can get just about whatever your looking for.
The Isles were blocked with stocking carts. Why don't they leave them in the warehouse until ready to stock. Never enough people working.
I love Dollar General. I generally have had a good experience at every one I've visited. Just a great chain of stores all the way around.
Place is always cluttered with stuff that needs put up, half of the staff is nice, the other half is just there. Hard to find anything as nothing is next to each other
The u-boats with new items are always in the aisle in the way and the new items arent on the shelves. The wait to check out is unreal not to mention none of the digital coupon items are ever in stock when the coupon is usable.
Isles were crowded with products to be put out and it never happens. Customers literally remove Products off the cart in the Isles if they can get through.
I don't know if it's just them or if it's the coronavirus but they never have what I need
