The staff at the store really are working hard to make this store better. It used to be a hot mess but its actually shaping up nicely. Great job
I've been calling and calling to see if they have something in stock before coming in and they are just letting it ring. I don't plan on wasting a trip if they don't have what I want to buy. And no it's not toilet paper, I'm just wanting to buy a restaurant gift card. Which is simple yes or no question. SO please answer your damn phone.
Went to the Kansas expressway location. Found the staff to be very helpful and the store was well maintained even for a busier time of the day.
If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 30 Mins in line because only one person was at the register but last minute when we got our stuff someone shows up. When they could of been helpful. Dirty floors. Unorganized not coming back!
May wait at the store was not due to staff but a customer. Employee was very polite and engaging. You do not find that at chain stores anymore. Usually more of a mom and pops place kinda guy. Appreciative of the pleasant service.
Really hard to find the way into the parking lot. And I feel like there's a lot of thieving because they have all medical stuff behind the counter. I understand it, just annoying for like ibuprofen.
