Dollar Tree reviews
15Location went in said they were closing they had no AC. Couple weeks ago it was pretty warm in there.
The items are actually $1.25. The prices increased this year. I always find things I need there. They are friendly.
I went to the store on April 8 and there was an older woman working on the register that became mad after we told her that the items on the other side of the divider used to separate customers things were not ours and she was told 3 times that they belonged to someone else yet still rang them up. The woman then snapped that she asked if the items were ours when she again was answered 3 times they were not. She became even more mad that she had to take items off because a few buttons are so much trouble for which she had to have help with and I told her that she was being rude I became rude back and only then did she start to change her attitude after myself and the lady behind us told her that she was rude and wrong and didn't listen when she was told the first time that the item wasn't ours.
I feel that it is common sense any worker at a store should know that the divider stick between items means past the divider is another person's items. The store should boot rude people like that who can't do their job without help and does not listen to an answer given to a question everyone should know the divider divides items.
It was so much fun shopping with my stepmom, we got so much stuff. But there was a problem, this worker was smoking in the back of the store. When he was checking us out, he couldn't hide that he was high.
Shelves are mostly bare however the cashier was extremely nice and apologized for the lack of stocked shelves stating it is out of her control (which I understand).
On my visit today I learned that prices have increased from $1 to $1.25 per item.
I just left the one on Richardson road ode and the girls in there were very rude it's very rude even the manager and had no knowledge of the stuff that they had there I asked about a couple of things and they both said they had no ideal I would just have to look through the store. Sorry but that's not good customer service
This is the most disgusting store I have ever been in! It’s gross beyond imagination! No stock and products all over the floor! Dirt and dust and grime everywhere! Not like a little messy but like hadn’t be swept or anything in YEARS dirty! Worse then a teenagers room! Do not go to this store! I was horrified and asked an employee what the heck was going on. He said he’s sorry but talk to the manager. I couldn’t talk the manager, he she wasn’t in that day!
Good - Lots of new craft supplies
Bad- big puddle of water in the dog food isle that no one cleaned up, they just put a bucket by it.
I luv the employees and the store used to be my favorite.but lately, it's just a HOT MESS
Linda the cashier is an exuberant awesome and kind woman very nice. And the store is always stocked.
Its not a bad place to kill time but its not the cleanest or most organized. Everytime ive been in here its always a mess
Shelves weren't stocked very well. They didn't have many of the things I stopped to shop gor.
I visited this store today. They have a "mask required to enter store" sign posted at the entrance. There were 3 young ladies there with no mask and running through the store and being loud and even stood in line behind me with NO social distance. When I asked a store employee about store policy, she stated that they cannot confront customers.
A poor person's paradise. Chuck E Cheese for adults. Never change who you are, Dollar Tree.
