Domino's Pizza, Kansas City MO

Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered my pizza and soda was told 30 Minutes to 45 minutes the driver got here and my food was hot.it took all about 20 minutes from start to finish. Good Hustle.

They marked order "complete" and food arrived 2 hours later after multiple calls. The pizza was totally crushed! They are now just letting the phone ring so we can't even get a refund

Put in my order as a carry out and when I get there my order ain’t even ready. Email says carry out I chose carry out but the cashier said she thought it was a delivery and she was waiting on her driver. Waist of time I put my order in since 8: 40 pm and carry out 10: 45 that’s two hours of nothing

This place is the worst place to order from. We ordered two pizzas around 10'oclock, called them 5 times. We were told our pizzas were on the way. Two hours later we called to see if the pizzas were on the way and no call. Worst service I've ever experienced. The night shift should be fired. Talk about some lazy workers.

With recent hiring and branch direction, I gotta say this store has made a great turnaround and their ethic has greatly increased. Ask for Kyle for a solid delivery guy.

Disgusting customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. The hours on the dominos website AND Google both say the store closes at 1: 00am. My partner and I placed our online order for carryout at 12: 07am and the email said the order will be done at 12: 28am. My partner showed up for the order and the stocky guy with dark brown hair and dark eyes disrespectfully yelled they were closed 3 times (at 12: 25am) after he was told there was an online order. DO NOT COME HERE. I stopped ordering from dominos a year ago and now I remember why. Nasty people with ugly attitudes.

Ordered thin crust and got hand tossed. Delivery was an hour late. Wings tasted really bad hardly any sauce on them.

Fire everyone up there. We had a similar incident as another post on here. Wife makes an order, Shequell cancelled. I then ordered it, same thing. I call the number and was put on hold. It had been a while since we've eaten here. I think we are going to keep the streak alive.

I place an order but it was canceled automatically I call the store nobody pickup the phone this place worst service ever this is very disappointing

Terrible customer service. The manager said there was nothing he could do about an order that is 30 minutes late.

Edit: just wanted to say something for the one star, they don't care anymore, I'm not saying you have to love your job, especially this kind, but don't take it out on the pizza? The sauce isn't spread everywhere, only near the crust, the sauce is spicy for some reason? And the bottom of the pizza crust never gets that garlic seasoning anymore which truly makes the pizza have flavor. The place used to be good at making pizza but now it's bland and not made well. I even considered dipping my pizza into a jar of spaghetti sauce cuz of how bland and unnecessarily spicy their sauce is, but I'm just not coming back, which makes me sad since I used to be a fan of Papa John's, until Domino's changed my perspective cuz Domino's is better, but from here? Sadly no, don't go here until maybe more positive reviews show up or something ‍️

Traveling, stranded by delta. They gave us meal vouchers thought pizza sounded ok.

First staff couldn’t figure out how to deliver to the airport, then they couldn’t figure out how to process payment. Got put on hold. Tried ordering online, big received a successful order message. Few minutes later order canceled.

Horrible customer service. All they do is pick up the phone and just hang right up when they don’t feel like working, which is a blessing disguise because their reviews are absolutely horrible. Thank god I didn’t waste my money at this particular establishment I hope you don’t neither.

If I could put zero i would i ordered my food at 4: 30 and it didn’t arrive till 6: 00 and i called twice and she said he was on his way and then waited an additional 30 mins and called back and no one answered would strongly recommend ordering else where if you want your food in a reasonable time.

Worst experience with delivery. Pizza sat for an hour before I got it. Driver tried to lie to me about it still being hot. The boxes had sat so long that the grease had soaked through. It was congealed and disgusting

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve never had my order been cancelled so many times. Every SINGLE time I’ve ordered from here my order is cancelled. I’ve tried ordering 3 times over the last few months and every single time they cancel it. On top of that, they hold the money for days before it’s returned. I wouldn’t waste your time ordering from here. Go order Papa John’s and save yourself the frustration and time.
