20It’s dominos.that being said, it’s a decent one. One of the better dominos I have ordered from. The only issue I have had is, on the 3 pies I have ordered from this location I have always ordered double cheese. They seem to never apply the double cheese. Papa johns, when I order double cheese it is LOADED with cheese, perfect! Other dominos I have had has successfully applied double cheese, this one however is very stingy with their cheese and it’s very disheartening because some people like me want a lot of cheese! So when I order extra cheese it should be the normal amount plus half the normal amount. If I order double cheese it should be the normal amount of cheese times 2, and if you really want to go the extra mile and throw on another handful just because, then you would be a dominos hero in my book.
Missed normal dinner because i hsd tr9uuble eith s cat service snd hse sfter sn appointment so limited opptions of open delivery dining. The order wsd made exactly as i tequested and was delivered quickly so the hot food stayed hot and salad was still cold. I definitely give the dominors in florrisssnttwo thumbs up thanks gor coming to the missed meal rescue with an order cmpleted andmade just how just how i asked for it. God job team!
This place always does perfect. Drivers are always polite, and the workers never get my order wrong. I have ordered 12 pizzas in total from this establishment so far and I can proudly say that I am satisfied.
My husband tried ordering online but the website was having problems. So we finally called Domino's. The girl who answered the phone just said hello, it wasn't a "hello this is Domino's may I help you, " it was just simply a very put out and rude hello. I didn't even get any words out of my mouth before she said they weren't taking phone orders. I said oh really? Your website is down too so I guess you're not taking any orders at all? She just said, that I needed to contact customer service if I wanted to complain about anything. Don't know what was going on but the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude! So we called Papa John's got our pizza in a very timely manner and it was delicious!
Waited an hour an 45 minutes for this pizza! We are literally 10 minute drive for delivery. An this is what it looked like when we opened it! Not even warm! An all they could do was credit me. Forget that never coming back again. So disappointing.
My pizza was hot and fresh. It was cooked perfectly. The customer service was great. My order was accurate. I will definitely return.
Placed an order for CONTACTLESS delivery to be bright to my car. Their order process has you to select "IM HERE NOW" when you arrive but yet, they had my pizza just sitting inside waiting on me. I finally decided to walk in and ask for it, he goes to retrieve it off the shelf so i asked "why wasn't it brought out to me like it said it would be". The guy behind the counter says "normally people just call and tell us they are here". Wth? WHY ASK ME TO TAP the "im here" button then!? Doesn't matter what people NORMALLY do. Do what you say YOU WILL DO or get rid of the "I'm here" button. Just can't get good service anymore.
These pizza places are going downhill. Spent 30 dollars for a large meat lovers that a 5 year old could have eaten ALONE. Where has the quality gone?
Almost always super quick, like get deliveries within 20-30 min (except tonight but I give them a pass bc it's halloween). Their menu has changed drastically in the 15yrs since I worked there, but i do know it's part of one of the largest dominos franchises in the country and I think most (if not all) their food is made at their own warehouse locally, so it's not being shipped from across the country. They've really stepped up their game in the past decade or so and if you are so inclined, DL their app and when u order 6x @ $10+, u get a free 12" 1topping. Other than that, I'm fairly positive I signed an NDA, so I can't say anything about much else, but they are a LOT better now than they were in 06 when I left. Pretty much any dominos (except a few) in the greater metro STL area is owned by the same franchise.
Due to the current conditions my husband and I decided not to eat out. But of course our teens wanted take out so we went on a hunt for restaurants that made it mandatory for their cooks and other staff to wear masks. This location has been the only consistant one that we have found. We are so grateful and happy for their dedication to ensure not only their safety but ours as well. So far this is our only once a week pleasure with safety. Thank you guys!
Terrible terrible experience placed my order online the driver came and they said they knocked on my door but they never called me, my number is on the order ticket this is just so unacceptable what happened to good old reliable service?
Justin was a very helpful young man. I was totally confused about what I wanted for my family to eat for dinner and he couldn’t have did it best at suggesting a meal deal for me and my family. I will definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
I ordered pizza by phone for carryout. Get there & was missing bbq boneless bites & was told that one of the delivery drivers took it by accident & was offered 4 xtra boneless bites & I understand that was a great gesture & I appreciated that. I was told It was be a wait, so I asked guy for parmesan cheese & he sttaed he already gave me something free for the mix up. Got in car pizza was cold & they didnt give me a fork for my pasta bowl. Everything was horrible at location 8246 Lindbergh florissant 63031.838 5757. I dont want to buy anything else from them also pasta bowl was dry as hell
I've ordered from my local Domino's several times now and I've ALWAYS been happy and satisfied with every order and every delivery.
The app makes it so very easy as well. It's very clear and easy to use!
They ALWAYS forget your sauce cups. I just started buying my own marinara sauce since they can't seem to remember to bring it even though I PAID FOR IT!
Always generous and helpful, I've never had a bad experience ordering from them in the 16 years I've been in this area. They take pride in what they do and it shows.
Employees were kind and courteous and had all of my food ready to go on time and hot. Will definitely need to start using this one as opposed to the other dominos in the area as they actually get things done.
Excellent experience today with this Dominos Location. My order was prepared quickly, was correct and was delivered promptly. Best of all, the store included paper plates, napkins, plastic cups for my 2 liter and a mini container of Parmesan Cheese.
I had previously boycotted this location because of a terrible delivery experience. I'm glad I took the chance today. Thank you for listening to your customers and stepping up your game.
Yesterday, we had the worst experience we’ve ever had with pizza delivery. I would highly recommend avoiding this place they treat their customers terribly. I am pretty sure they stole my credit card information as well, so we are checking our bank account daily.
The last few times I've ordered this from here they were fixing an issue from a previous order and still managed to mess the entire order up again. I will never be ordering from here again. Too many times where they weren't worth my time or money.
