14I ordered 5 pizzas and my order was done in 25 minutes. Everything was delicious. Everyone I interacted with over the phone and in person was very nice.:)
Got the pizza quick but they forgot all of our dips (that we paid for) 4 garlic 2 ranch and an extra frosting, we didn't even get the frosting that comes with the cinnamon twists. I called and they said they would come back with our dips, over an hour later no body shows up so I called and told them to refund me.
But now we have cinnamon twists with no frosting. Bummer.
The Dominos app wasn’t letting my points to be issued, so I called. After speaking to two people that let me know where I was then directed toward Samantha and she fix my problem in the moment and made it right with me the simplest way possible…

Was my favorite domino's in town. Today's experience makes me never want to go back. Ordered 2 pizzas, nothing special. Did this 1-2 times a week even. About 1/3 of both pizzas was just puffy dough. Never had that issue before so I went back and asked for it to be remade, no problem there. As I sat in the waiting room I watched 6-7 pizzas go through quality check, that looked like the 1st 2 I got, get boxed up and sent out. Then mine finally come, even worse than the 1st time. Requested my money back and I could tell the guy at the counter knew I wasn't going to be happy with it, nothing against him, was completely professional. But the quality check guy, easily had subtle remarks whispering back there. Saying this is gonna happen, when it never had before. So something wrong is being done. This store needs someone to step up and know that quality beats quantity, and takes ownership and pride in the service.
I don't know what is happening (new manager or somthing), but as of late "past 2 visits/orders have been wrong, missing items or.just now i was there and placed an order at 6: 53 and it shows on the receipt that the order will be ready by 7: 10, i had to call them at 7: 35 to ask about my order and they said "oh it just came out" I had to reheat my pizza back at home, $24.03 dollar order to sit around for a minimum of 20 minutes getting cold. I will not be going back anytime soon.
Great store, great crew, they always get my odd orders right plus it's always hot and cheesy waiting for me in the drive-thru
I’m very disappointed a guy named mike there has delivered twice to me n he lied saying I owe him more when I counted it out exsact tonight I ordered n he did it again he didn’t even count my cash back he handed me a bunch of ones then walked off very fast mike was also really rude he needs to be fired
I don't order out very often, but when we order from this location, our order arrives in a good time and our food is hot and fresh. Drivers are always very polite.
I was very nice on the phone. I understand I called 2 times before my last but I forgot to add the sauce, the girl on the phone pretended not to hear me after she greeted me and then continued to hang up w a rude attitude. I do work in customer service so I completely understand if I was rude or disrespectful but I was so nice on the phone I just feel it was very unnecessary.
Always a great experience with dominos pizza. The delivery drivers are always nice to me and if they forget something they always come back
No hygiene services for customers trying to eat lunch, no restroom, no sink to wash hands nothing
Always fast (usually do carryout) always fresh and the staff keeps it a buck. Get the Alfredo bread bowl or chicken bacon ranch sandwich.
Nice people, but they really don’t care about their employees. Shorted me my tip money and made no effort to make it right.
They vape in the kitchen.
They never use gloves.
Food falls from the oven and is served.
Out times mean nothing and they’ll keep employees way past out time regardless of situation or mental health.
They are great! Any time that they are even remotely "late" (I am talking minutes here) they send a coupon for a free pizza. They are really dedicated to customer service. They also are completely willing to roll with Covid precautions, which I really appreciate.
