Pizza was old as hell. Arived so late i shoulda ordered breakfast pizza. Never again and no i dont want a 20% coupon because there wont be a next time

Tonight's experience was a nightmare the manager was rude and I will not go back I will go to perryville were I know the staff. Plus half of the drivers work with me at tg.

Most of the time it is really good most often my product is correct every now and then you get a bummer

They wouldn't deliver 3 blocks away said I was to far away and I was trying to order something for the first time in over a year because pryer they charged me for a order and never got it they need workers who like to there jobs and ain't lazy a hour before close

This is the second time my pizza has sat at the store for over 30 mins after being ready for delivery and I had to wait an hour for it before they finally brought it. It was cold and hard. I would not recommend this dominos.

I accidentally put the wrong address in online and an hour later it told me that they wouldn’t deliver to that location, I wanted a refund and I made a Review online stating that I needed a refund because I couldn’t go get it due to babysitting. I called the store and they asked for my address and I told them I’d call back or order again with the right address and so I found the actual address and ordered online and they canceled the order, I called and the manager Donnie went off on me saying how he canceled it because of my “bad review” and told me they tried to call back “7 times” when I never got any calls. He then gave me attitude when I pointed out that I got no calls. Giving one star because he told me he’d make my order but to “not do it again because I wasted the first order” but it was a mistake and I told them it was. Finally got my food almost two hours later. Thanks Donnie you’re a great manager!

Drivers are the only reason you didn't get a 1star review. My last order I was sent a pizza with no cheese when I had ordered cheese. This time I got a salad that expired 3 days ago. Attached is a pic of the delivery date (3/7) on the sticker from the order and the expiration of the salad (3/4).

Polite very friendly atmosphere and any time that I order online easy to do and the drivers are so very Polite and very friendly.way to go

I placed an order just before closing. After saying my order was confirmed I received a notification that my order was cancelled. No phone call. Nothing. Mind you my father currently drives for a different Dominos and he even said he has been alone at times or he and one insider and they are required to provide a call explanation or fulfill your order if it is submitted before 11pm. And so I call my local Ste Genevieve store to ask. I explained that I ordered before posted closing time. The employee described as Donald on my app when I ordered starts going on about short staffing and so he closed early. Which would have been fine except if your closed your telling me you can't make a phone call to a CUSTOMER to explain this? It would have resulted in no bad review as well as satisfied my frustrations and what not. But no. All he did was make excuses. I understand your alone. We all are at our jobs most of the time dude! I work at a gas station and have to clean, make pizzas, wait on customers, answer the phone and everything alone at times! So for this to be the excuse I'm sorry but it was absolutely rediculous. Little did you know my sister just was admitted to the hospital and I unexpectedly had her kids at my home. So I attempted to order them a late dinner. Yes I can cook for them but since my local Dominos is supposed to be staffed until 11 and weren't I got an attitude and absolute unprofessionalism. Next time you close early, make a phone call! Keep the customers happy and coming back! Don't make excuses. It's petty and immature. Not to mention uncalled for. Tomorrow corporate and I will also be having a chat on employees customer service skills because obviously either this manager or the company has failed their workers. Shame on Dominos for being lazy and unprofessional. Hopefully next time you handle this situation differently. I mean come on make a quick phone call! It makes or breaks the view of your establishment by all. Good day.

Pizza was awful. Bread was drenched in garlic butter sauce. Missing side of sauce that was ordered. Just seemed like there was no care in preparing the food.

On the app I placed an order for curbside pickup and when I got there I clicked " I'm here" and within less than a minute my order was brought out too me

Most of the employees are great, drivers are great. Seems to be very poorly managed or owned. Came in the other week and was not pleased with management.

Delicious specialty pizzas, buffalo chicken, hot tasty pasta bowls, salads, drinks and desserts, all made by a friendly staff, there’s no need to cook after a long hard day, just call Domino's for pick up or delivery, it’s great!

Ste genevieve mo dominos is by far the best dominos I have ever eaten at or should I say have delivered to me and such friendly service from the delivery driver's everyone is just wonderful there ️️️️️

Pizza was excellent! But bone in wings were horrible! Heavily breaded with cheap hot sauce.

Recently ate at domino's and the place was very clean inside. The pizza was very good and made fresh for us. The pizza was nice a warm. The employed were very nice and polite.
