Domino's Pizza, Troy MO

I have no problem waiting for pizza as long as it's correct. I believe they try too hard to be fast that they completely leave off toppings on pizza. Or they do it on purpose, I'm not really sure. Had missing toppings on pizzas on 2 separate occasions, over a year apart. Gave them a second chance, won't be a third.

(From 5 stars to 1 star) I would give this place zero Stars if I could at this point. We Called and ordered pizza (TOOK 20 MINUTES AND US GOING THROUGH 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY CANT COMPREHEND AN ORDER) and waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food.nothing. So called up there and they DIDNT EVEN START ON IT. Said they tried calling us because they messed up typing in our address.they NEVER called. Would show anyone my call logs. They then brought our food in the WORST state I've ever seen a pizza and garlic knots. If I could post picture I would. IM LIVID.

Food was always fresh, tasty, and done in time. Only issue I have is on my part, and it’s I live too far for delivery!

Ordered 12 pizzas prior day, called the day it was suppose to be complete a half hour before, was reassured it would be and it wasn't. Also had waited an additional 17 minutes for the order to be complete, being as when I walked in I was the "Big Order" of $177 in pizza you might figure there was some type of importance to set a rush on it. Don't take it wrong I love Domino's but when an important order comes in they should definitely have better time management with orders that were made from a previous day.

My wife and I have ordered pizza from here every Friday afternoon, but today we will lay off for awhile, sausage pizza well when I got through 3 to 4 inches of crust, I did find 4 pieces of sausage on a medium pizza, ordered pizza about 200pm and they delivered at about 330 to 400pm. Well who ever made it need to back out and swept and clean the bathrooms.and stay out of ghe kitchen. TERRIBLE!

Ordered thru Dominos app for carryout. Received notification that my order was ready for pick up and to bypass and come the counter, entered and waited for someone to acknowledge me, as they could clearly see me but didn't ask how I could be helped. I had to speak out and ask them if I needed to pick up my order thru the pick up window. They did say anything, just handed me my order. After receiving my order, I said Thank you. Still they said nothing. Been a Dominos customer for years, no more. Quite rude and unprofessional to say the least!

I'm disabled and cannot get out to get my order. The driver needs to wait for me to get to the door to get my order.

I want to say thank you to Reine! She was very friendly and helped me find what i was trying to order! Awesome employee!
