Domino's Pizza, Springfield MO

Food was fine. I just get really tired of one of the delivery drivers from this location tends to bully and pressurize customers into giving an extra in person tip even if there’s one already added at checkout. We’ve lived next to this location for a little over two years and We get him 60% of the time unfortunately. However, we don’t order Domino’s that often so it’s fine but just some thing that I find kind of frustrating and annoying didn’t know if anybody else would care or want to know

Horrible dishonest drivers and managers. We ordered late last night from out motel room here visiting while on vacation. My husband accidently gave the driver a 50 dollar bill mistaking it for a 20 dollar bill he had a bit yo drink and it was totally his fault but I'm posting this review for the way management handled the situation his name was Steven he was very rude and you know when someone is not telling the truth. He put me on hold and when he came back he said our driver Shelton was not there after talking to him for a few minutes Shelton shows up he puts him on the phone he says he doesn't have a 50 dollar bill the Manger refused to check his money from his deliveries which makes no sense at all. Our pizza was 13.00 and my husband gave him the 50 dollars thinking it was a 20 dollar bill and to keep the change for his tip. We know for a fact cause he had all 50s except one 20 bill he said he's gonna pay pizza with. Honest mistake it's just to bad tge driver wasn't honest. Hope he enjoys 37 dollar tip. I asked for corporate number the manager Steven refused to give it to me. Were just taking it as a loss.

I’ve been ordering from this store since I was old enough to order it on my own. I have always been a fan of well done pizzas and I never had the problem of never getting my pizza well done since the last 3 or so years this location has gotten worse and worse. Pick it up so you can see if it’s made correctly!
