Domino's Pizza, Maryland Heights MO

Placed an order through the app on Sunday night and the manager called to tell me he had to cancel my order because their stoves weren’t working. Okay, that’s fine. Place an order a few days later (today- Thursday) manager calls to tell me he won’t have a delivery driver until 4pm. It’s 2pm now. Why is online ordering an option for you all if you’re not going to fulfill any of the orders properly?

The manager allowed me to order and pay a day early and it was no issue sending someone else to pick up. It's out of my way but I will be back.

They delivered barely warm pizza after over an hour of waiting. They clearly either, A.let my order sit and forgot about it OR B.the delivery person took a smoke break for 30 minutes before delivering. Insulting to be given pizza like this with no apology of any sort.

We placed an online order for pickup at 10: 45p on Tuesday 11/28/23. A few minutes later, we got the message that our order had been cancelled. We called the store and thes female that answered said they had to close early because they were short staffed. The normal closing time is midnight. I called back 4 times before getting an answer. The female pickep up the phone and rudely said "Domino's. We're closed! " She hung up. I called the following morning. John, the store manager, told me he was busy and he would call me back. That was on Wednesday 11/29/23. I have never received that call. I have called the store every day since and always got an excuse why John couldn't speak to me. On Monday 12/4/23, I received a call back from April in customer service. She was more disrespectful and rude than anyone I have spoken with at Domino's. When I asked who I could speak to about her horrible customer sévice, she told me that there was noone above her to complain to. We think she would be better suited for custodial service as opposed to customer service. There was no resolution to my issues!

I placed and order online for delivery when I was working in the area earlier this evening and it was NOT a pleasant experience. My order came a little bit earlier than the app expected, which seemed like a good omen. One of my two items was wrong. I tried to call the store in an attempt to have it remade and sat on hold for over 11 minutes before I decided it ALSO wasn't worth losing sleep over with an early start the next morning to probably not get taken care of either way. Thanks, dominos.

I ordered my food at 7 oclock its now 10 and my food still isnt here. I called the restaurant multiple times just to be put on hold for 45 minutes each time they are exremely slow and dumb and fail to complete orders on time

They are canceling orders! This chain should go ahead and close! Pizza delivery was here before all the other delivery services were around!

Very busy but the crew was working extremely hard to get out everyone's pizzas hot and fresh.

The manager Jela was extremely rude. As a manager, she does exemplify professionalism and kindness towards customers. Needs training.

I placed an order for delivery and instead of calling to say they don't have a driver I get an email saying they canceled my order. When I called them she says we tried to call.so after I hung up I get a call from them. No worries will never order again from here.

My bf and I ordered a veggie pizza. (We are vegetarian) When we got home, we found out the pizza was made wrong (incorrect toppings) and it had meat on it! They told us they will remake it as long as we returned the pizza. When we got there to pick up new pizza, they realized their error. The staff member was going to refund us for our trouble and the manager, Jela yelled at him saying “Hell no! Don’t do that. They’ll be alright”. We live 20 minutes away and had to drive there twice for their mistake on top of consuming meat as vegetarians. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dominos. More like Domi-NOPE. First we order for a delivery to our house just to wait 2-3 hours just for them to say "we canceled your order. " So we ask for a refund; "you have to call customer service, " they said. Till this day we still haven't gotten our refund. The customer service line barely answers. Would not recommend ordering delivery from dominos, nor ordering here at all. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza and have it ready in about 30 minutes. At least that way you'd ACTUALLY GET THE FRICKING FOOD THAN WAITING 2 to 3 HOURS FOR AIR AND YOUR MONEY TAKEN AWAY. Horrible.
D- Disappointing in service, let alone everything
O- Outragous with refunds.
M- Mistake to order from, even for delivery.
I- Incredibly ridiculous with change in coupons, toppings, service, etc.
N- Never trust them with online orders
O- Obviously not worth the wait.
S- Scam. HUGE SCAM

For some reason they always put too much corn meal on the bottom of the pizzas. It screws up the texture.

Not sure what is going on at this location but there has been multiple nights where I tried placing an order at 11pm and the store closes at 12. I did it again today 10/25/2023 I tried placing an order at 11: 15 pm nothing big just a simple cheese pizza and a salad so it’s not like it’s a huge order at the last minute my order got cancelled both times so I decided to just drive to the store got there at 11: 30pm and the workers were pulling off the lot and the store was shut down before 12am I will be contacting corporate. And if the store closes at a different time maybe the website and signs on the door should be updated.

I am a not a fan of dominos pizza but i love the fact that they are always accessible. My kid loves the pizza from
Dominos, but my personal favorite is there garlic bread. And i never had experience of getting burned pizza so i cant say its really bad. But they need to improve the quality for sure.
